The location was great! Everything you could possibly need was close by. There’s even a restaurant in the building. The deck up top was awesome. Kevin was a great host. He was very helpful even when he had already sent me the info. His email explains every detail. Read it and save it.

This was exactly what we needed. View from the rooftop was amazing! There was construction going on in the building. All the workers were extremely courteous and gracious. The noise was minimal and we were told before our stay. Overall the experience was great! We were grateful to have secured parking on the property as well.

Great location, beautiful views from the rooftop. Would stay here again. We were able to walk to so many places, we never needed a car. We discovered Teddy’s Bigger Burgers downstairs and ate there 4 times!

Clean room with essentials for making simple meals. Amazing view from the Sun deck! Kevin was a very responsive host and accommodating when we needed an additional night. The bed was super comfortable and while the space is small as described it fit our needs perfectly! We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, great location, the air condititioner was loud and a update to a newer model is needed. Small room for people who want a 3- 14 day stay. Very nice laundry area for washing and drying.

Kevin was very thorough in sharing information. The apartment is small but well situated. We found it just right for our purposes.Amenities are all around. Waikiki Beach is a block away. All in all a very good choice for a single or couple to stay at Waikiki.

We had a wonderful time at the Red Ginger. It was perfectly located in Waikiki and the beach and parks. And as a bonus we had a good time at the zoo.

The location is perfect. Only steps from beach/Waikiki strip. Next to zoo so great green space on one side. Rooftop patio has great view of Diamond Head and green space and good view of beach. Communication with host was very efficient and helpful—lots of useful local information provided. The unit is in an older hotel so the room is small and a bit dated—not at all glamorous. But the location and communication with host and price can’t be beat.

Perfect stay.

I grew up in Kapahulu and this was the perfect place for my partner and I to stay. It was walking distance to my family home and a great location for Waikiki restaurants and bars. Best of both worlds! Will definitely rent to stay again!
