About this property

Oceanfront, great view, Cherry Grove close to the point.

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 3rd (top) floor Condo (no elevator) located in Cherry Grove North Myrtle Beach. Comfortable setting, gorgeous views, steps to the beach. Lots of new renovations in 2023.

This is a non smoking unit. HOA does not allow trailers, boat, motorcycles, golf carts, RVs or pets.

Master has a queen memory foam bed, smart Roku tv and sliding doors to the balcony. Second bedroom has a smart Roku tv, queen memory foam bed and a small roll away cot. Sleeps up to 5.

Kitchen is fully appointed. It includes a Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, dishes, silverware, crock pot, blender, pots and pans & wine glasses.

Living room has sectional sofa, smart Roku tv, cable & dvd player.

We provide bed linens and bath towels and some cleaning supplies.

Peak times rent Saturday to Saturday (one week minimum). Other times have a two night minimum. Cleaning fee is $200. Check in is at 3pm, check out is at 10am.

Family Tides is the perfect condo for a small family oceanfront getaway! Lovely condo on the beach

Wonderful spot close to beach, restaurants and golf course. Well appointed unit and very clean. Comfy beds and furniture. Beach chairs available. Very responsive host. Can’t wait to come back!

The place was nicely remodeled with everything you needed. The owner communicates well and keeps everything organized. The location was great (quieter) and right on the beach. Parking was plentiful and I would definitely stay there again!

This place is very nice. A clean condo that once inside she viewing the ocean, it feels more like heaven than a rental. Owner/property manager was very accommodating, but also proactively attentive to our needs. A must stay.

Loved our accommodations in Cherry Grove

I loved the decor in the condo and it was very comfortable. I was surprised with how stocked the kitchen was with salt/pepper cooking oils, trash bags, utensils, various cookware and even the bathrooms had extra supplies if needed. The location was perfect and the view of the beach/ocean from the 3rd floor was nice too! I will definitely stay here again!
