Beware of paying money to check in early. I paid 50 for an early check-in and was unable to check in due to no one knowing what the passcode was for the door. I work online, and this resulted in me, having to cancel a client. In addition, the patio door did not lock. The front door did not lock, and a cabinet door fell off in the kitchen. Also, there were no signs on the building. No street address numbers. No building name signs. This resulted in DoorDash being unable to deliver dinner on the first night. I have attempted to get the refund from paying for early admission for over a week. All that I’ve heard is that they are researching it. You will get at least 50 emails and texts, from several different phone numbers. This makes for a not-so-relaxing vacation. The condo is beautiful and was clean as long as you don’t pull a bed out slightly in order to plug something into a receptacle. The floors were not clean behind the beds. This is minor, but being unable to lock your door behind you when you leave is not (we didn’t discover this until the day before we left because we didn’t go out.) Also, you will be unable to see the crest of the tide coming in because it’s a lower floor unit.

Very nice! Clean and comfortable, good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed (in main bedroom—we didn’t use the other one), very nice bathrooms. Good location on a quiet stretch of Cherry Grove. Good pool, long enough to swim laps. Beautiful view from the veranda.My only mild confusion resulted from the use of the term “front desk”, which just means online contact with the host, not a physical location. I wasn’t expecting any personal contact since it’s a condo complex, but it was a little ambiguous. No big deal—We had a lovely stay and would recommend it.

Nice Location

Condo and building had obvious issues but had signs of repairs. Condo had issues with sliding doors that should have been obvious concerns for maintenance and checked before move in. Sliding door could not be secured properly in living room and bedroom could not be unlocked. One was a fire hazard and the other a security issue. Was offered to fix after move in but should have been obvious concerns before stay. Roaches were spotted on flooring and being at the beach you expect some but having a towel left by cleaners that had obvious stains didn’t help. Walls had a few dings and scuffs which is concerning when you are warned of causing this before move in. Small half bath that looked like a closet in master bedroom wasn’t clear in listing description. Communication was good overall but didn’t provide much help when residents above were being noisy dragging around furniture and being loud. Location was nice and cherry grove is a good area. Beach front off balcony was a great view. I would stay at Cherry grove again but not at King Villas.

Long Weekend

Condo was exactly as advertised, clean, well appointed, comfortable, beautiful view, and excellent beach access. Great location and wonderful place. Spent a long girls weekend and didn't want to leave. Booking was easy and Julie was very respnsive to all inquiries.

Nice place, some inconveniences

This place was nice however it wasn't as clean as my family and I would have liked and the ceiling fans had not been touched in what looked like months. We also were in contact with somebody from the office about the sliding door being messed up and she stopped responding and we had to deal with the door repeatedly getting stuck our entire stay. The check-in process was not as easy as I expected either. However, it is a nice condo on the beach.

What a GREAT view!!

This rental was fantastic! Great view, easy access to the beach, clean and comfortable! We loved this place so much we already booked our next stay here!!!

Charged for a pillow we didn’t take

Overall trip was good. We were scared to death to use the tv for fear we would be charged fees as threatened in the hosts emails if some setting got changed on it and the tv was extremely complicated to even try and use and had 3 remotes for ONE TV. Even tho our whole group wanted to watch a movie When we left our host informed us that 2 pillows were missing. Someone from the group helped us pack our room and accidentally taken one. We apologized and told host we will mail it back asap. They claim TWO are missing. WE DID NOT TAKE TWO THERE WAS ONLY ONE IN THE CAR. So we are more than likely going to be charged an outrageous fee for a missing pillow that we did not take which is just outlandish. More than likely they are intentionally trying to get a fee out of us given all the threats in the actual listing about if you do one single thing wrong there will be a huge fee

Great location/clean

We had a great vacation in this condo. The location was perfect, far away from the main part of Myrtle Beach and close to good restaurants. The porch was great and we spent every morning and evening on it enjoying the view.

Everything was fine except the cumbersome check in process and the fact we could not access the TV and we had no where to turn and no one to ask.

Incorrectly advertised!

Incorrectly advertised! Our condo was clean it also had necessary kitchen items. I did require a set of clean sheets as the top and bottom king sheet had sand on them and no mattress cover, clearly overlooked when cleaning. More importantly next three items listed . 1. No jetted master bath tub/shower combination only a 1/2 bath. Only shower was off the hall no tub. 2. No kitchen table only barstools/bar countertop. 3.Condo listing under accessibility list an elevator there is none in the building. While three of these items are clearly false advertising the elevator is the most concerning. While your building is not required to be a handicap accessible, advertising that an elevator is available, thus being a reason for physically limited citizens or seniors to rent your condo is clearly a violation of the ADA Americans with disabilities act. For any rental of this condo to be fair and meet the legal requirements for advertising and the ADA, these items need to be removed as soon as possible:
