Welcome to our totally renovated home. Located on the top floor of building 4 next to 11 lovely quiet condominiums. You will enjoy the tranquility and privacy of this side of the property. Being one of the units closest to the water, we have a very nice panoramic view of the beautiful gulf waters from the open-concept common area of the condo. Our very large window broadens the view of the Gulf. We have recently purchased new bedroom furniture, refrigerator, and dining room furniture; making this your home away from home. We continue to improve our unit, touching up the paint, grout, replacing small appliances and cleaning or replace couches and bedding as needed. Because this is our second home, we keep the place to a high personal standard!
Quaint, quiet, and the quality of a boutique resort, not the hassle, noise, the impersonal nature of a hotel. You will become part of our family, and we will look forward to your return year after year.
When planning a trip to the beautiful Gulf Coast Beaches, stay at our property. All of our private beautiful condominiums feature full kitchens, living rooms, dining rooms and a balcony or patio to enjoy. We offer pool and garden, gulf and gulf front beach views. Our property features a heated pool, shuffleboard court, full tennis court and an immaculate private, white sandy beach.

Sand Cay on Longboat Key

Exactly as advertised…..nice and quiet and on the beach in a great location on Longboat Key. We had a very nice time. Used the pool, laid on the beach, played pickleball, rode our bikes. A great week.

Great place

Place was perfect. The extra blankets could have been freshly cleaned as they smelled kind of stale. Otherwise great stay. Check in process was not clear. But once I figured that out, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place

I am very familiar with Longboat Key! Have stayed at various places throughout my uears. This condo was clean, up to date, beautifully kept and had a gorgeous view! Would def come back. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is close to Downtown Sarasota with lots of excellent dining choices.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo with comfortable beds, ample linens and pillows. This unit was able to accommodate our family of 6. All tvs had many channels and were up to date as far as streaming services. A potential consideration for the comfort of future guests might include reconfiguring the blue couches in the living area so that the smaller blue couch has its back facing the kitchen’s entrance and then adding a larger flat screen tv in place of the very large piece of art hanging on that living room wall. We found it awkward that our entire family couldn’t enjoy a tv in the main living space. The one tv in the common area is tiny and only viewable to the small amount of guests that occupy the tighter room off the kitchen island. For a party of 6, this room functions as a bedroom essentially w a pullout couch. With this room functioning as a bedroom, it feels intrusive for all guests to enjoy tv in this small space. Many families like to gather to enjoy a movie together should a rainy day hit home and certainly the space is available here. Bedrooms feature small tvs but as a family it’s nice to hang out together. We loved the property and our family vacation in LBK . We would most certainly return to Sand Cay again in the future. We thank you for hosting us!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place. The view was amazing to see the water everyday off our deck. Unit was well cared for and nicely decorated. Loved the location perfect spot close to Publix and St. Armand’s. And just steps from the beach! Would definitely rent 301 again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
