This unit has been completely renovated. The best 1 bed/1 bath in Longboat Key for a great price.
While the views from the balcony are breathtaking, the interior has been redone to bring the outdoors in.

Amazing ocean view with stellar sunsets! Only booked for 2 nights and wished we had booked more. Roman was very helpful and quickly responded to my questions before and during my visit. Loved this place and will definitely be back!

Amazing place to stay on LBK. Enjoyed the beautiful views from the condo living space too. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was powerful and hot. The pool was sparkling, and the beach with nice lounge chairs are just steps from the condo. Host was fabulous and I can't wait to return.

Best part about this condo is the view! Excellent frontal view of ocean. Condo is well appointed. Nice beach towels and chairs included. Only minor complaint would be need darkening blinds in bedroom. The complex is well kept. Nice grounds and personable personnel. Host was easy to work with too.

Our pool hours are from dawn to dusk. Dawn is around 6:30 AM and dusk is around 6:00 PM. These hours are standard at most resorts due to security and office staffing.

We vacation every summer at the beach. This place is the best we have found. We love the low key, not a lot of people around. Proximity to the beach is perfect! The owners respond quickly and are very helpful. We will be returning!

Our stay was fabulous! I would give this place 10 stars . The price point ,the incredible view of the ocean and the living space were ideal . We saw dolphins,herons and ospreys each day. The beach was clean , sandy and the water was clear . So fun! The staff was super responsive as was the host . Everything this unit offered was above our expectations. We will return for sure .

Practically Perfect Beach Place

This unit was well furnished and supplied....what I really liked about it was it was not overly furnished - no clutter - and the space seemed larger than most one bedrooms I have used in the past. Very quiet during our stay - and the property seems to have a large 'footprint' for the number of units. It has plenty of lounge chairs for beach use. Grounds were very neat and clean. Great place!

Excellent Stay!

This place was amazing. The beach is just steps from the building. Very quiet, clean and great location. The only thing I would say negatively it’s the elevator needs some help. The certificate of inspection was expired and the elevator buttons had to be pressed a few times before it did anything.
