This is our much loved family beach house which we are so happy to share with people who are looking for a beach holiday destination. We take loving, good care of it and expect guests to do the same. It is generously appointed with heaps of extra blankets, linen, towels and everything you might need in a kitchen. It is always clean and tidy but it isn’t hotel 5 star accommodation! So please don’t book if you are looking for high end , 5 star accommodation! If you are looking for a well loved family home in a beautiful location then we would be happy to have you! Please note for your security and the security of the property there are external CCTV cameras covering the front and back entrances.Please note all Easter bookings must run from Good Friday to departing Easter Monday - 3 nights.
Only three night bookings accepted for the Melbourne Cup long weekend. Bookings 5 nights or longer may incur a $200 surcharge during off peak times as it is at a super low short stay rate per night!
All long weekends minimum 2 night booking
Unfortunately, we do not take Buck Night or Football and cricket end-of-season trip bookings. We do take one night respectful bookings!
Beautiful, two-storey, five bedroom and three bathroom house (three showers/ 2 baths and 2 toilets) with its own professionally built mini-golf course and driving net. Only 700 meters from the iconic Surf Beach. Free WiFii with unlimited data, five double/Queen beds, three sofa beds, two sofa couches, 5 floor mattresses, two living areas, twelve-seat dining table, laundry and well-stocked kitchen including oven, cook top, microwave and dishwasher. Parking off street in concrete driveway for six cars, games and toys for kids. Two Split systems (upstairs and downstairs!) for heating and cooling. The Coonara is not for guest use. One 65inch SMART TV with Netflix and one large screen TV.
All beds provided with doonas, pillows and extra blankets. Linen and towels are provided. If beds are used that haven't been booked there will be a $30 extra charge per-used bed.
Fantastic central location to all the island has to offer - six minutes to Cowes, one minute to A-Maze-N-Things, two minutes to Grand Prix track, twelve minutes to Penguins, five minutes to Wildlife Park, one minute to Surf Beach!

House can easily sleep 15.
Golf clubs are not provided.. you need to bring your own or hire ours . $15 for three. Two days notice required. Bocce set provided. $25 for every extra person over six.
Extra items provided in the house for you - tea, coffee, sugar, noodles, cooking oil, salt, pepper, hair dryer, bath mats, towels, shampoo, soap, body lotion, heaps of toilet paper!
If the weather turns nasty keep your family occupied with our DVD collection. Kids can escape to the upstairs living room for hours of fun playing with such toys as action figures, boats, cars, army vehicles, trucks, animals, pirates, soldiers. Most important, the upstairs livingroom is away from the parent's livingroom area so parents can get some much needed peaceful alone-time!
Make sure the kids bring their down-ball with them as we have a perfect concrete area for the perennial kids- favourite of 4-square or down-ball.

Baby change table, porta-cot and high chair are available
Please note the wood heater is not available for guest-use. There are two split system heater/coolers for guest's use.
In addition, please be aware that we cannot be responsible for any internet issues that may occur. Internet reception/connection can be effected by a range of factors outside of our control, not least of all problems with the devices that are being used or incorrect use of the internet box/modem by guests. We provide free WiFii NBN as an added complimentary extra to make our guests stay more enjoyable. We do not charge for it. We always check the Internet is always working before any booking but connection problems can still occur. Strictly no refunds will be given for any internet issues.
Please note, that we have a strict no party policy. Noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number at time of booking.w, minimum of2 nights.
