This house was great!. Everyone had space, the location was fantastic and the backyard was perfect for the family game of cricket. The house has so much to offer and we all had a lovely long weekend. We loved it so much, we’ve rebooked for next year.

This is our 4th year visiting Philip Island with our whole family of 6 adults and 7 children and this house never disappoints. The kids love it and it has everything we need. There's plenty of space so they can have their own time out if they need some peace.Thanks Steve for a great venue.

We enjoyed the house, as it is very well set up for family groups, with great entertainment facilities, lots of space with 2 family areas, and their kitchen is well catered for with lots of crockery, cutlery and utensils.

The perfect family get away!

We were an extended family of 10 staying at this property and there was more than enough room for children and adults. Perfect location, right across from the beach and an easy short walk to the main strip. Will definitely be back, thanks again Steve !

Family getaway

Property is conveniently located close to shops and beach. Lots of room for families to share without being squashed together. Big outdoor area for kids to run around. We were fortunate to have great weather therefore most of our time was spent at the beach .

House was well located close to shops and tourist features. It had a good sized enclosed rear yard which housed a variety of play equipment which was good for young children. All house features in good working order ....plenty of hot water for a large group.Kitchen had plenty of utensils for meal preparation.

Great house-close to family friendly beach!

This house is large and well set up for families and large groups. Plenty of room for three families, two with small children. Lots to do and a short , easy walk to town. Lock up garage that fits a boat and car, plus ability to put other vehicles in the lock up back yard-this was very important to us. Very close to great beach ,suitable for all ages.

Booked the house to have some old friends come together to celebrate a 40th bday and the house was perfect for the age of the kids and a relaxing time away. Well equiped and close to everything. Very clean and well maintained.

Great house for families

We had a lovely time at this house. The owner was easy to communicate with and check in was straightforward. The house has two large living areas, many bedrooms and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The pool table and basketball court were great for our kids. It's an easy stroll into town, either along the beach or road. We would recommend this house.it is an easy great for our kids.

So perfect for our family

Our family love this house. The new basketball area is fabulous, there is so much to do inside even when the weather is not the best. The kitchen has everything you could need. So we are coming back each year as there is lots to see and do on the Island. Thanks Steve.

Always a great stay at Steve's property. Clean and well equipped for large groups. Comfortable spaces, basketball ring and pool/table tennis table is great for the kids. Close proximity to the beach and shops. Steve is very responsive to any issues raised. Thank you!
