Matt and his team were outstanding guests at Whispering Wind Farms. Communication was excellent from booking through checkout, and they were exceptionally understanding and flexible during an unusually difficult turnover situation caused by a prior guest stay. Throughout the process, Matt and his team were professional, gracious, and easy to work with. They treated the property respectfully, communicated thoughtfully, and left the home in good condition. I especially appreciated the kindness and patience they extended while my cleaning and restoration teams worked hard to prepare the property for race weekend. Matt also communicated a minor housekeeping concern in a courteous and constructive manner, which was genuinely appreciated and helped us improve our laundry inspection procedures moving forward.
