Beautiful and new 3 beds 2 baths villa on the front line of a popular Golf Course in Down Town Marrakech. with stunning view over the golf course and the Atlas Mountains.
The villa is tastefully and fully furnished for a top notch comfort.
The villa has 2 outdoor terrasses fully furnished and a pleasant garden.
it also has indoor, a double living room area, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large entry hall and a guest bathroom.
on the second floor, there is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a huge terrasse overlooking the golf course.
on the very same floor there are 2 additional nicely furnished bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a shared bathroom.
The house has AC throughout and wifi.
Each bedroom has a 32 inch plasma screen with individual cable TV.
the living room is also equipped with a 50 inch plasma tv screen with cctv.
