Beautiful views and comfortable accommodations. We really appreciated having access to the kayaks and easy access to the lake! We had a great time. Check in and check out was very easy as well.

This was the perfect getaway! The views were stunning! The water glistening off the morning sun was absolutely beautiful, while I drank my morning tea. The trees surrounding the lake put off a mountain feel. The outdoor areas were extremely relaxing! It was just what I needed to refresh and reset before the beginning of the year. The cabin was adorable! FYI the closest grocery store is about 25 miles away. Tim (host) was so kind! I plan to return with my daughter in 2027. Thank you Grand Lake for blessings me with amazing sunsets too!

This property was more perfect than I even imagined. Everything is outstanding, and the attention to detail is unparalleled. 10 out of 10 would recommend. Sitting in the hot tub and watching the sun come up and the butterflies and hummingbirds on the potted plants was so peaceful and amazing.

Everything was great, hot tub was great! The surrounding environment was breathtaking, quiet and mesmerizing. Patio furniture and environment was great for enjoying morning and evening Lakeview beautiful sights!

The cabin was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Cooking, relaxing in the hot tub, and fishing down on the boat dock was a very well needed get away just to unplug. The views from the cabin are spectacular. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was difficult to find at night. The neighborhood was nice on the lake side of the road, however, it appeared sketchy on the other side of the road. Some of the roads in the neighborhood were just tire tracks in the grass. The roads were difficult to maneuver even in my SUV. The “cabin” was the lower level of the house. The apartment was clean but there were NO closets and the only place to hang clothes was the back of a door. The bed is an old spring mattress that sits about 3.5-4 feet off the ground. I was at an incline and felt any small movement my husband made. I slept on the couch. In the morning we spotted a couple of scorpions and we left. The fire pit area was halfway down the embankment and it was a steep walk to the water.

It’s unfortunate your experience was unpleasant. We are a Cozy Cabin, and our posting communicates via photos…you are on a hill, in the woods, with an extraordinary view. Sounds like you turned left as you entered the subdivision, which is a rougher road to the cabin, taking the right as we communicate in the directions is a well-maintained black top road to the cabin. The majority love the bed, and we are in the process of purchasing a new mattress. You are the first to mention scorpions. Thanks for letting us know. The cabin is sprayed regularly, and it is in the woods. Thank you for your feedback as we will investigate each area to improve our guest experiences at the cabin.

We were so excited to go and stay for a long weekend. Unfortunately, it was not clear in the listing or when we booked that this was a multi-level residence and that someone lived upstairs. Had this information been clear in the listing we would not have booked.The check-in process was smooth. Although the owners did show up right after our arrival and asked if it was okay to swap out the old mattress for a brand new one. Quite startling when you were not prepared to run into somebody while unloading your car. The mattress was nice. Although the cleanliness of the property was not great. The bed skirt appeared to be moldy. I did let the host know and I did remove it. The property otherwise was surface level clean. Unfortunately, due to that I had a significant allergic response to cat hair/dander that was either in the property or that was in the upstairs unit. The Lakeview was absolutely amazing.

The house was awesome with boat house. The fishing rods and tackle box was great and even caught fish of the dock. The bed needs an update mattress and needs a cloth rack and iron . The view overlooking the lake was just mind clearing so we would stay again

This cozy little cabin overlooking the lake was a perfect getaway. The setup was beautiful, warm, and very inviting, with great amenities and a fantastic view of the water from the overlook. Everything was thoughtfully done and made us feel right at home.The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made the stay even better. My wife and I truly enjoyed our time here and are already planning to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat.

We had an amazing time at this location. The pictures don’t do the view justice. Right out of your door, there is a stunning Panorama view of the lake. We spent lots of time sitting on the porch just soaking it in. We also had a delightful adventure with the kayaks which were very easy to use. At the end of the day, we relaxed in the hot tub while enjoying star gazing. While we didn’t spend much time indoors, the bed was comfy and the living room had several huge windows that provided another great view of the lake. Truly a perfect location for romance and meditation. We left planning a time that we could come back.

Our stay here was lovely. The location is beautiful, and the host was extremely communicative. Everything was honestly great! The hot tub was warmed up when we arrived and worked wonderfully. We also used the outdoor grill which worked well. There were kayaks and life jackets which was a perfect activity for us and they were easy to access also. Everything was clean, and directions for parking/arrival were descriptive too, which was nice considering the neighborhood could be a little confusing (we were arriving after dark though). The cabin itself was warm and cozy and the bed was comfy!! Overall 10/10. Also bear themed which is a big plus for me.

Clean, private, beautiful!From kayaking to fishing to grilling and relaxing in the hot tub, this place was wonderful!Ideas for improvement are small and fairly insignificant. We took care of 2 of the three I mention here, and honestly the third is not necessary. We could not find a can opener nor cooking oil in the kitchen. Walmart delivery to the rescue, and they found us without any issue. We are leaving these for the next guests to use. The third idea for improvement is to have a dishwasher. Again, a very minor detail for 2 people that would simply add an additional convenience factor.I also mention for those with limited mobility, this may not be the property for you. The grade to the water is steep with stairs only and the bed is high. Honestly, I would be concerned if a ramp were installed here. I am not sure the land permits it, so just be aware.Even so, we had an absolutely *lovely* time and are already planning our next visit! What a gem and a blessing!
