Need intensive beach care? iSeaViews has views from every room! You’ll have and SEA everything needed for relaxing, rejuvenating beach living...all packaged with a cool midcentury beach vibe. And with spacious living areas to accommodate all members of your family, no one will be left without a view of the water. Completely updated inside, this funky beach bungalow home has AMPLE parking outside for multiple vehicles, boat, and RV.

Inside, beneath vintage tongue-and-groove wood ceilings and flanked by waterside windows all around, four distinct shared spaces allow for families and friends to be together or to enjoy separate activities simultaneously. Solid surface flooring throughout makes these spaces kid, pet, and beach friendly!

The den sports a huge 49" flat screen TV and comfy, leather recliners x 4! That's right, FOUR reclining spaces point to the TV! It's comfortable seating for 5 and room for more! Want to play video games? Classic (circa 1980) video games await! A wall of windows provides endless views of the water.

The Florida room game area seats 4-6 with viewing access to the television, plus "classic" games and puzzles galore…plus (!) a cocktail video game console with hundrds of classics, such as PacMan, Centipede, and Asteroids. Floor to ceiling windows open this space to beach views and a daily display of unforgettable sunsets. Outdoor access from this room allow for quick maneuvers to capture each sunset on camera, via binoculars, or simply etched in your memory.

The other half of the Florida room provides a more peaceful retreat, with seating for 5, windows with ocean and sunset views, and space for cozying up with a good book or for good, media-free conversation.

The kitchen/dining area is open to these rooms and still separate enough to be functional. A round table seats four and is expandable to six…perfect for conversation and family-style meals. The kitchen has updated stainless steel appliances, open shelving, and everything you will need to prepare scrumptious meals for all. China, glassware, cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and everything in between will leave you wanting for nothing!

The primary bedroom is situated privately on one end of the home. With charming paneled walls and more vintage, painted-wood ceilings, you'll have restful, quiet nights in the king-sized bed beneath a bank of ocean view windows. His and her closets and a lighted dressing table round out the space. Entry to the private master bath is via a barn door, and a timeless black-and-white color scheme lend to the overall period feel of the dual pedestal sinks and subway tile shower. Situated above the dressing table is a 32" flat screen, smart TV that is Roku ready. Luxurious linens and fluffy white towels provide all of the comfort you'll need for your beach vacation.

Across the home, jack-n-jill bedrooms flank an adorable truly period 2nd bathroom, with classic green tile and, yes, views of the ocean! One bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, built-in shelves, chest of drawers, and a flat screen Roku TV. The other bedroom flaunts a bright, beachy vibe! With a twin-over-full bunk, this room accommodates three and provides access to a stacked washer and dryer.

Outdoor space includes a gas grill, charcoal grill, beach toys, two beach cruisers, a beach cart and beach chairs. (NOTE: We provide this list as of our last visit.
