This 3-bedroom 2-bathroom holiday house at the northern end of Cabarita Beach is a great spot to come for your sea change holiday. Situated just south of the patrolled beach nearest the Surf Club, it is the closest complete holiday house rental to Norries Headland, Cabarita Beach and has a pet friendly back yard.

Arrive to freshly made beds where towels and beach towels are provided for your convenience according to guest numbers.

Whether you board surf, body surf or just like to relax on the beach, you have a choice of several beaches north and south of Norries Headland - all the way to Hastings Point along beautiful Cabarita Beach.

A cycling track is outside your front door and cycle hire is available just up the road, so you can explore north to Kingscliff (or even Fingal and Tweed) via Casuarina and Salt, or south to Pottsville via Hasting Point.

Your dog or other animal friends are welcome too, with the dog off lead beach easily accessible just around the corner near the park and south of Norries.

Woolworths in Cabarita is only a short walk away as are the Cabarita Beach Pub, Surf Club, Get the Scoop Ice Cream and choice of great restaurants and coffee shops, such as Paper Daisy at Halcyon House, Marty's at Caba, Pandanus Cafe, Hot Wok Thai, Thai In-fa Authentic Thai Cuisine, Izabu Japanese Food, Kartel Expresso Bar, You & Bamboo and Cafe Mod Barista.

The house has two separate living areas to relax, hot and cold outdoor shower, free Wi-Fi, Netflix 55" 4k smart TV, a huge outdoor entertaining area and a large fenced back yard with gates at either side of the house.

The house accommodates up to 7 guests with a king size front main bedroom with ensuite, a queen size rear bedroom and a double bed with trundle underneath in the middle bedroom. The main bathroom with double vanity, shower plus separate bath and the completely separate toilet are situated between the second and third bedrooms off the second living area. The whole house is available for holiday rental except for the Garage (used by the owner for storage) but there is plenty of parking in the driveway as well as down the side of the house and back yard - big enough to park a trailer or boat.

Cabarita is a perfect size small town, with all the amenities you need - truly outstanding surf beaches, Norries Headland lions beach side park with amenities and of course iconic Norries Headland. The north side has the Cove and a sheltered beach with a boardwalk to the top of the headland - check the surf or watch the whales - or visit Cudgen Nature Reserve just north of town. The Cabarita Beach Pony Club is just over a kilometre south of Norries on Round Mountain Road.
