Paki Maui is a great oceanfront condominium complex in Honokowai, just northwest of Ka’anapali beach. The Paki Maui is a 4- story ocean front resort with great amenities and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, Koi ponds, and waterfalls. Just steps from your door, is a large lawn area fronted by a beautiful sand beach and park where you can swim, snorkel, or sit in your chaise loungers and view the majestic islands of Molokai and Lanai with umbrella drink in hand. Paki Maui offers guests a heated pool, hot tub, and gas and charcoal barbeque area where each evening people gather to take in yet another breathtaking sunset. Visiting November through March will afford you the thrill of whale watching up close. The calm Auau channel is home to a vast array of sea creatures: green sea turtles, tropical fish, dolphins, as well as, the majestic humpback whale who visits to breed each winter.
We completed our remodel in December of 2013 and we cannot believe the gift we have been given being condo owners in a tropical paradise like Maui. Thanks to our son and friends, we have new tile floors throughout, a gorgeous kitchen with custom granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances, and cabinets. It is very well equipped: stove with oven, microwave, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, silverware, utensils, dishware, glassware, pots and pans, bake ware, and more. We have made a special effort to provide those little extras in the condo that will make your stay easier so you don't have to buy things like spices, zip locks, storage containers, spices, condiments, etc.
The bathroom has a wonderful rain shower, custom vanity, and is appointed with new towels and linens. The bedroom has a comfy king sized bed and 32” TV/DVR and open concept closet (which I think is very convenient). The living room has comfortable seating, desk, WiFi, telephone, a 55' TV/DVR/DVD, soundboard and is way smarter than are. We take special care with each of our guests and are always available for questions or concerns. We know how important your vacation is and want to make sure you enjoy your time with us.

Room rates are plus the Hawaii General Excise tax of 4.167% & Transient Accommodation tax of 9.25% and the cleaning fee of $135. There is a minimum of 3 nights stay. There is no fee for parking at this time. When you are checking out please make sure all your garbage has been taken out to the trash bins and the dishes are washed. This avoids attracting ants in consideration of our next guests. Thank you and please call if you have any other questions! There is a fee of $50 for lost keys because we are charged from the Association.

Paki Maui is near walking trails, Honokowai Beach Park, it is a short drive to Lahaina, minutes from Whaler’s Village shopping, and championship golf courses like Ka’anapali and Kapalua. One of my favorite things to do is take an early morning walk and stop by Bad Ass Coffee Co. for my morning cup of java. There is a nearby farmer’s market, Times Market, Subway, we are directly across the street from Ohana Tacos, Honokowai Okazuya Deli, and the Fish Market for your fresh catch of the day. Boss Frog’s also offers rentals for everything from snorkels to paddleboards and surfboards.
We are often found at Kahana Sands in the afternoon for Happy Hour and Pupus to watch the sunset or for local flair Dollies for the game of the week and great pizza. Lahaina Town is just fun to stroll and check out all the shops. Safeway is great for shopping and the Cannery Mall offers Hula Shows, shopping, and Longs for my Local slippers and gifts for home.

About the owner: This is our first home in Maui and Craig and I are so very excited to be sharing it with you. We were married there 14 years ago and feel like the islands are home to us. It is our goal to share time between Maui and the Mainland (Sacramento Area) until we can be there on a more full time basis. We have a son that has lived on Maui for 16 years and has a business called Maui Paddle Sports. It is an outrigger canoe business and we highly recommend going out on one of his boats. The paddler guides are informative and it is truly one of the most cultural island experiences you can have. Craig recently passed the Hawaiian Bar at 60 years old and I received my Hawaiian Real Estate License. It is our goal to work a little and play a lot. Maybe we can even talk our son into giving us job sitting under the umbrella selling canoe trips! We love the Honokowai/Kahana/Napili area so much (and our son lives 2 blocks away) and we have spent so much time there that we feel part of the community.
