THREE mountains, 121 runs and 3678 acres of ski able terrain (SunPeaks is Canada's 3rd largest ski area and 2nd largest ski resort in BC next to Whistler). We are centered around a picturesque, ski-through pedestrian village with snow capped mountains. Family oriented Sun Peaks is a design masterpiece, with terrain for every ski or snowboard ability from every lift on the three distinct mountains. It's quality of snow is reliable dry snow. The variety of terrain and zero to tiny lift lines sets Sun Peaks apart from other resorts.
Our architecturally designed open planned concept luxury chalet has 4 bedroom & den (sleeps 10). We are located in the new subdivision of SunPeaks called Lookout Ridge. Where you will enjoy a state of the art gourmet kitchen with high end professional appliances such as a Wolf Stove, Kitchen Aid fridge, dishwasher, wine fridge, beer fridge, microwave and wet bar island. Also, included is an outdoor patio covered Weber BBQ area for your bbq needs. After your dinner, enjoy a nice glass of wine next to the cozy custom built fireplace. The rustic yet modern 10x10 fur timber beams and 24 feet in height cathedral ceiling, makes this chalet one of a kind. To top it off, a large 5 man Hotsprings hot tub overlooks the snow capped mountain vista. This is extra rewarding especially after a day up on the powder filled mountains.
With over 2000 hours of sunshine a year, Sun Peaks is a true destination you don't want to miss. It's a dream come true.
We are a couple who are keen to ski! We have a toddler who dearly enjoys the white winter wonderlands that Sun Peaks has to offer and a six year old who can already ski! We enjoy living life to the fullest and relaxing in our ski chalet with a good book and a nice glass of wine as much as possible.

We built this house with great pride and attention to details. We love Sun Peaks because it is a charming quaint village with a true magical atmosphere.
In our great room, stands a tall 24 foot fireplace surrounded by a cathedral ceiling. Rustic yet modern 10X10 timber fir beams stand proud throughout our home.
We were a group of 9 (including 5 children) who shared this home over winter break. The house is large, well maintained, comfortable and well appointed. The check in was easy and check out even easier. The home is situated on a quite hill overlooking one of the ski hills. It's possible (in a better snow year) to hike and ski in/out. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub, cooking dinner in the spacious kitchen or using the (clean and full!) gas grill. We had plenty of room to spread out, and no one felt cramped. The wifi was reliable too.
We spent a great weekend here in Sun Peaks. The house was very special, with spacious and luxurious accomodation for the two families staying here, with every extra you can think of and great views from the hot tub. Ski in Ski out was excellent with easy terrain for less accomplished skiers. Our hosts could not have been more helpful before and during our stay. Very highly recommended.
On arrival we found a warmly decorated and truly welcoming home that perfectly suited our family of my wife and I, three adult daughters, their husbands and small children.
The house was superb with easy access to ski in / ski out and the 12 minute walk to the village really enjoyable.
We found the booking, payment and entry processes really easy plus friendly direct contact with the owner.
Our family has skied and vacationed in many countries for most of the past 25 years and this year was a stand out.
Our two week stay in Sun Peaks was amazing. The town itself is extremely charming, family-friendly and well equipped to keep our two week stay entertaining. There is no shortage of trails (snow shoeing, cross country skiing and walking), and the mountain itself caters to every different calibre of skier. My advice for arriving in Sun Peaks would be to load up on groceries in Kamloops before arriving as there is only one, limited grocery store in town.
This luxury chalet was spacious and amazing. With a downstairs living room and bedroom, it allowed the children to have their own space to play and watch TV while the adults could relax upstairs by the fire. The location was perfect. Not only is it a ski-in/ski-out, but when taking a run down to the house, quite often you'd find yourself on fresh tracks despite the fact that it could be late in the afternoon. I have nothing but amazing things to say about our stay in Sun Peaks and would recommend this chalet to anyone looking to enjoy the snow and have everything you need and more in terms of stunning accommodation.
dog sledding, tubing, down hill mountain biking, paddle boarding, snow shoeing, cross country skiing and fondue hut on top of mountain.
