We reserved what looked like a nice apartment on W47th with two queen beds and a washer/dryer, and were sent to get keys from a streetside lockbox for a significantly lower quality flat on W43rd. There was no washer dryer. Flat was on street level so significant street noise 24 hours a day and 2nd bedroom had 2 sets of bunk beds. Host made no effort to get keys actual reserved flat and did not respond to messages for next 24 hours. Do not book anything from this host, you have no clue what you will actually get.
