Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties, unauthorized guests, or smoking are allowed. There is a $500 fine for violation of these rules that is strictly enforced.
Must respect the noise policy. Neighbors are very noise sensitive and keep an eye on the property.
Please remove your shoes at the door. Can remove them at the side door of the garage.
