Beautiful farmhouse built in 1865, modernized into a 2 unit home with separate entrances. This is only one side of the home. The second side is 3 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms. If you wish to inquire about more space, please reach out and we will let you know if it is available.
This side of the home has 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a large dining area, a large living room with seating for 9, a nice sized kitchen with all the amenities as well as a washer & dryer on site and a large wrap around porch.

Golf Trip

Great spot to say for the price. Only a few minutes from downtown Grand Rapids and close to plenty of stores/restaurants. Host was very nice and communicated very well. Plenty of parking space, deck/patio was a great place to hang out

Perfect!

We had 9 girls stay here for a bachelorette weekend and it was the perfect space for us! Everything was very clean and functional for our stay and there was plenty of space to hang out, play games, and for everyone to sleep comfortably. The home is in a great location close to lots of activities in Grand Rapids. Our hosts were kind and communicative throughout the booking process. We had a great time and would book again!

Great place for large families

We rented the entire house by booking the two listings. Lots of room for a large family. Cozy back yard with fire pit and outdoor seating. Had a great time!

A little trouble reaching the host upon arrival. The issue was fixed within about 25 minutes. Overall good stay.

We had such an amazing time. The house was a very comfortable size for the 11 of us that were there. It had everything that we needed. It was very clean and just a wonderful experience overall We will definitely be looking into this place again if we need a Grand rapids location

Great property for a large group

We were able to rent both sides of the home for a large group of family/friends that were visiting Grand Rapids for a wedding. This house worked out perfectly for us with enough space to all sleep and hang out together. We loved having the bonfire area and the location was close to downtown which made it easy to Uber.

Had a great time at the Farmhouse. Slept 12 of us comfortably with plenty of room for everyone. We had an issue with one of the showers & Wendy came out promptly and got it working for us.

Perfect GR Getaway

From start to finish this was an amazing experience. The property is in an excellent location, 8 minutes to downtown GR, nearby a gas station, across the street from a grocery store. The beds were clean and comfortable, the house had enough space for all 9 of us to fit more than comfortably. If you are looking for the perfect retreat for a GR vacation, I highly recommend this one.

Loved our stay here!

We enjoyed our weekend stay! We had 15 adults in town for a cousin reunion + pre-wedding celebration, and everyone had a great time. The house is in a great location so it was easy to get downtown, very convenient with a grocery store across the street, and we really enjoyed the outdoor area - it was nice to be able to sit outside and also enjoy some games of pong. The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with essentials for a great weekend. The hosts were great and communicative - we really appreciated the typed out instructions for our stay/check in/check out, which made everything very easy for us!

Very nice house

Very nice house, also spacious. 2 air conditioning units. 1 upstairs in one of the bedrooms and one downstairs. Only downside is that the beds were hard as a rock. Very nice host and great location!

Would not say again

Arrived to the property and we had to shovel our way to park and to get into the house. Coat hooks were lose on the walls so we couldn’t use and we had 11 of us. Water smelled like rotten eggs. House had a weird smell so we bought a defuser to get rid of the smell. Dead bugs in the corners of the rooms. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and with out comforters. Overall we were all pretty upset that the pics do NOT SHOW THE HOUSE ACCURATELY!

Great weekend

Great place for a large group. Very clean and it was to have the large dining table with plenty of seats. Location is great as it is only 6 minutes to downtown GR.
