Just steps away from the cool refreshing waters of Dover Beach this modern two bedroom condominium is a great location for families or couples looking for something quiet but also where the action is on the South!

The unique split level design is across the ground floor and first floor of the complex with the entrance and master bedroom located on the ground floor. The master bedroom is en suite with a gorgeous king size bed and direct access out to a private shady patio overlooking the free form swimming pool and set amid lush tropical gardens.

The first floor is open plan with a modern kitchen, breakfast bar and casual living and dining area. This leads out to the patio where guests can enjoy meals overlooking the gardens and picturesque bay of Dover Beach. The second bedroom on this floor is en suite with twin beds. There is air conditioning throughout and every room enjoys a view!

This upscale community is ideal for couples and small families. The complex has two free form swimming pools, private access via the pool deck onto the beach, a fitness centre on site, private parking and secure keypad entry via the main gate. Situated on the eastern side of the popular St. Lawrence Gap it enjoys easy access to the many local boutiques, restaurants and nightclubs on the South. Dover Beach is calm and has great snorkeling and water sports activities. Golf courses and popular surfing spots are only 10-15 minutes away.

Please note that a nearby unit will be undergoing some tiling work between April 20th to May 4th 2026. There will be noise associated with the work in the initial stages.

Great Stay!!!

The condo was amazing and looked just like pictures!! My sister and I had plenty of room to spread out and relax. Plus the beach/pool was right outside our door and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance so the location was great. Our concierge, Malisa, was absolutely wonderful!! We are definitely returning.

Excellent Stay - Great Location

We had a wonderful stay and experienced no issues during our visit.The location was exceptional, with the pool and ocean just steps from our patio door. A grocery store and several restaurants were within a short walk, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. We opted not to rent a car and had no trouble getting around, as taxis were readily available near the condo.The host's communication was excellent, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Absolutely a beautiful condo. The location is perfect right in the heart of St Lawrence Gap and close to all the restaurants. The beach is a mere minutes away, and its such a treat to have breakfast on the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Our property manager Anita was amazing always close at hand to help and answer our queries. Overall a perfect time at the condo, we will definitely be returning in the future.

Dated condo unit. It needs some TLC and cleaned. Carpets and furniture are old and dirty. Close to restaurants and beach.Outside property well maintained. Great Security. Pool area needs more lounge chairs and the area gets crowded.
