Located directly on the beach it forms part of the 54 unit development Sapphire Beach which is within walking distance to St. Lawrence Gap and a short drive to Oistins, Worthing and Bridgetown and is set within a secure gated community and amongst tropical gardens. This split level unit has a lovely layout offering on the ground floor, assigned parking right at your door, a convenient laundry area with stackable washer and dryer and the Master bedroom with sliding doors opening directly onto a patio and one of the two communal pool areas with easy access to the beautiful Dover Beach beyond. There is also a full bathroom with shower on this level along with a walk-in closet. The upper level is of an open plan concept offering a fully equipped Italian kitchen with breakfast bar spilling into the comfortable living area then onto the covered terrace and lounge great for those formal and informal occasions. The lovely views from the kitchen are unobstructed through full length windows and sliding doors the width of the unit, while the covered terrace overlooks the pool and beach below – just simply divine.
