This property was great! My family and I enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and it was well worth the extra money to have it heated. It was a good place to kick back and relax. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this vacation home. It’s minutes away from all the parks and it’s located in a quiet community. The owner Michael, kept us informed and made our experience memorable. We will definitely stay again.

Loved it

My wife and 2 boys 11 and 8 stayed here for a week and couldn't be happier. Theme parks are located with 15 mintz, grocery 5 mintz and corner house to add that extra privacy. Perfect! Michael made our the stay extra comfortable by responding to any queries without any hesitation. The villa has everything you need, PS3, game room, heated spa/pool. Thanks Michael for allowing us to stay at your property and will come back next time. 😊

Gonna be one of my fav vacation stays

Had a wonderful time even if we did self isolate because of the the covid 19 going around. The house was great for us. Loved having our own private pool (the pool person kept clean). The owner Micheal was wonderful! Took care of a small issue with the thermostate very fast, and was quick to return any messages I left. The property manager was very nice as well and got us back on track in no time. The temp is controlled by the owner and is locked so it will revert back to the locked temp if you try to change it. If you send a polite message and he will try to accommodate (which is very reasonable to me). The only thing I knocked down was the streets which had nothing to do with the house or owner. It is a bit hard to get through the streets because of the street parking. Only one car can come down the road at one time. Can get a bit annoying. We will definately be booking again next year or sooner.

Great property. Everything was as listed or described. Great location. 1.5 miles from a new Aldi, Pulix and CVS. 5 miles from a nice Walmart too. Comfortable with nice closet space and plenty of sleeping. Michael was very responsive and attentive to any needs we had. Great place. Highly recommend. Thank you Michael for having us!!

The owner Kept it hot and the beds were very uncomfortable.

The owner has installed a Nest Thermostat in which he controls the temperature from his phone . He kept the setting around 79-80 degrees . We would turn it down to the limit of 74 and he would turn it back up . We complained but got the run around and basically were uncomfortable with the temp . When its 95 degrees outside 85 inside doesnt feel good at all . One of the showers did not work and the master bed was incredibly uncomfortable . It was like sleeping in a camels back .

Much Needed Stay

My family of 3 adults and a teenager stayed in this house for a week. Michael and the house are simply amazing! Michael was readily available for communication from start to finish. The house was clean and met all of our expectations and more. The house was spacious and the 4 bathrooms were definitely a plus. We made breakfast and dinner almost daily and after a long day at the theme parks were able to come back to the house and relax without the stressors associated with a hotel stay. We will definitely request this property for our future trips!

Was as the ad described

I stayed here for a short visit to attend a convention in Orlando. Close proximity to shopping/restaurants. Location was good. Peaceful neighborhood. Furniture could use some updating. Pool table was missing some balls. Bought a nice steak to BBQ only to find out it was the nastiest BBQ I have ever seen. Needs to be tossed out, no cleaning that one for sure. Overall was average. Nothing special. Would consider renting again if furniture was updated, BBQ was replaced or at least clean to use. For the price was okay.

Love the location! Love the pool!

My husband, 3 year old son, and I had a wonderful time at this Villa. My son loved the private pool and wanted to be in it as much as possible. I enjoyed relaxing in the heated spa which was worth the extra money. My husband loved the location at the end of the cul-de-sac that offered privacy. It was great to be located below Disney allowing us to avoid all the southbound traffic. We were close to shopping, entertainment, grocery stores, and restaurants, but still felt far enough away from all the hustle and bustle. Michael responded quickly to all my text messages and never seemed to be bothered by them. We hope to stay here again soon.

Great experience

Found the property clean and in good condition. We liked the location as well. Very close to a shopping complex with a grocery store and several eating places. Disney parks were not very far either. The house had everything and it gave us a feeling of living in our own home.
