This 1-bedroom downtown condo has an urban look with trendy West Elm furnishings and local Nashville touches. It offers a King size bed in the bedroom and 1 Queen pull out sleeper sofa. This space is ideal for business travelers and couples (the condo is 525 sq ft). For your convenience we provide light snacks and coffee. We offer two large Smart TVs and Fiber internet to stream your favorite shows. Our goal is to make you feel as if you are in your home away from home.

We provide plenty of dishes and cookware if you want to eat in for a night. Plenty of fresh linens, blankets, fluffy pillows, and luxury towels are supplied. Soap, Shampoo/Conditioner and hairdryer are available to make your stay effortless. We offer two large Smart TVs. We also offer Fiber internet for streaming your favorite shows. Please don`t hesitate to reach out to us if there is anything you need during your stay and we will do our best to provide it for you.

We are available by phone, text or email. Guests will be left to enjoy themselves unless something is needed. We want to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and are available as little or as much as you request. Historic building built in 1903 on the site of President Polk’s home. One of the city`s oldest high-rise. Located in the Arts District in the heart of downtown. Walking distance to Broadway, Nissan Stadium music City center.

Note washer/dryer is provided as a shared service for our building owners and guests at an additional cost. It is located in the basement level of the building.

Walking and Uber or other shared ride services are the best way to explore Nashville.
