Our condo was very comfortable and nicely appointed. We enjoyed the view of the Cumberland River. We chose this unit because of the fireplace, but it wasn’t quite chilly enough for us to turn it on for more than 10 minutes. Our host Rebecca, was outstanding and very responsive. We had a question about something and I mentioned my wife had come down with the flu and Rebecca came over to check on our question and also brought us extra water and carbonated water. Who does that?? That’s outstanding customer service, and, while not necessary, was very much appreciated. We would definitely return to this property.

Communication was responsive and quick. Apartment was clean, well stocked and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, quiet, extra pillows. TV was OK, but no Amazon, Netflix or ESPN. Covered parking was a huge plus. During warmer days we would have walked everywhere, but Uber's were 7. Lots of great restaurants and attractions were within blocks. Would recomend and would stay again.

Place was very clean and view was great. Could walk downtown but easier to ride share. Very quiet and great getaway. Host was very responsive and we had a great stay. Highly recommend!!

This is a beautiful condo with a great view. Rebecca was very helpful and accommodating when I had to change the floor level because I broke my foot a few days before our arrival to her condo.

The host was extremely easy to communicate with and the place was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. We had a total of 4 adults on our trip which the space accommodated perfectly. The only small, kind of weird thing, was that there's no door to the bedroom and the wall between the bedroom and living room has cutouts. So, if someone wants to change or go to bed earlier than others, this was a little tricky, but definitely not a game deal breaker and we'll be staying with the host again next time we're in Nashville!

This was our first experience with Downtown Nashville and we loved our VRBO experience since we could walk to Broadway if we wanted. Our Accommodations were great will definitely stay again.

This is a perfect spot close to downtown (15-25 min walk to most popular places). It was enough room for us and my two dogs. The condo is clean, safe and Rebecca communicates just the right amount to check in on you. I would definitely come back!

Riverfront Condo in Nashville

Nice condominium located near downtown Nashville . Large covered parking area. The condo itself is well-furnished and comfortable. For July 4th weekend, the space was relatively quiet as well. This is a nice spot from which to venture out in Nashville. I would absolutely recommend staying here if you're looking for a place in Nashville.

Perfect for us

Great condo! It had everything we needed to be comfortable for a Nashville visit. Well equipped and perfectly clean. Wonderful river view. Rebecca was a great communicator. Highly recommended. (Note: It is about a 1-mile walk to the clubs on Broadway. We loved the walking, but might not be for everyone. I'm sure Ubers would be available but we never tried.)

Riverfront view walk to Broadway

Clean no frills spot in a great location. We didn't rent a car and walked to Germantown, Broadway and downtown. Priced well and has what you need. Very cool on the river watching the tugs and barges during morning coffee. Outstandingvacommunication from Rebecca.

Everything about this place and the communication with Rebecca was amazing. Condo was super clean, well stocked, and Rebecca was quick with responses! The location was perfect and center to many things to do. Will definitely be back!!!!
