Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-Out Time: By 10:00 AM While we don’t expect a deep clean, we kindly ask you: take out trash, turn off all lights, * If the home is trashed, you may be charged an additional $100 cleaning fee. *
Place furniture in original location, place all used towels in laundry room and load dirty dishes into dishwasher. Any sheets please keep them on beds.
Late Check-Out: Late check-out may be available upon request. ($30 for check out at noon)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was fantastic! Clean, great amenities with the host very responsive to any questions we had. A great place to stay for our visit to Goodyear for Cleveland Guardians Spring Training.
