Excellent vacation spot

Nice condo on the beach. Jeff and diane was very responsive and kept in touch. Close to restaurants, shopping and beach. Would stay again hopefully next year

Great View from 2nd Floor!

This is a great room with a 2nd floor view. Feels like your right on the beach without having to fight the crowds at the beach. The balcony was very large and had 2 accesses. The room was very quiet at night no issues there. I will definitely stay here again!

Amazing view

Very clean condo. We went down with friends for a long weekend and loved this condo. Perfect for our group of 4 adults. Comfortable and most importantly for us, clean. Balcony has extra seating and the views are amazing. Will keep this one on my list for future visits. Owners were very proactive and wanted to ensure that we had everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend.

RECOMMEND!

Room was perfect for what we needed, especially for a small family, last minute getaway. Unit was very clean, unlike many other beach condos we've stayed at. View & location was great. Unit itself could use a bit of upgrades (pull out mattress, kitchen cabinetry & lighting, carpet) but again, was clean. Host was easy to work with. All in all, we would stay here again for a weekend getaway in Myrtle. Thank you for opening up your unit for us to stay!

Unit was mostly cleaned and set up when we arrived. Trash was in trash cans. Condo was as described and communication with property owners was perfect.

Owner was extremely accommodating, especially with the short notice situation I was working with. Condo was in good shape, could of used a carpet cleaning and a few light bulbs, but otherwise good shape. I'll request this one again.

Wonderful & clean Property

This is a wonderful condo with the best view of the beach. I am so glad that we chose this one versus booking through the main resort. Our condo was clean and in a great location in the building. The band that plays at the bar was not loud and the balcony faces the beach instead of the other balconies. I have stayed in a ton of other Vrbo properties and feel that the following should be mentioned in the listing because it is different than any others I have stayed in. This property does not have any condiments or pantry staples. Not even salt and pepper. It’s the first rental property that I have experienced this in. Usually things like salt and pepper are left by tenants for the next one so we don’t have to buy or bring these small staples. Also, they only provide 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and no sheets for the sofa bed. So if you have a group or staying for longer than a few days, you may want to pack those things. This is still an awesome place to stay, I just figured others may appreciate the heads up about those things. Also, read the myrtle beach rules before packing beach stuff because they restrict certain items. Most importantly though, communication with the owners was amazing and the condo was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

First time in Myrtle Beach, awesome hosts!

Happy w/ our accommodations! This condo had two bedrooms, one master and one additional. The master had a queen bed&the second room had two twin beds. The living area had a couch that was a full size pull out bed as well. The tvs have been updated to flat screens, but only the living room one is connected to cable. There’s a large dining table, fridge, microwave&dishwasher. AC works great, is an older building but the hosts keep it clean and comfy. Ive had worse apartments in my lifetime. Location is nice, though parking spaces are sparse. I did have a break in in the parking garage&cash was stolen but that is no fault to the hosts. The parking garages do not have cameras, either sadly. Upon checkout&halfway home to Indiana, my son realized he left his childhood blanket behind. I was able to contact the host&over the next couple days he worked with contacting the housekeeper, resort staff, etc. and thankfully the blanket was located. The host sent it back w/ FedEx no charge to us & was very nice about the situation as he has a family as well as had a sentimental childhood blanket as a kid. If we ever have the need to come back to Myrtle Beach I would definitely choose to stay here again. Price is awesome for what you get. Friends stayed at newer pricier hotels and every one of them had a horror store about their condo, so newer doesn’t always mean better! Btw, it was myself and my sons aged 14&11 who stayed here and it worked amazingly for our needs!

Great view!

This property fit our needs. We needed a place to shower and sleep. The view and location was a total bonus. The condo was a bit outdated, but the price reflected that. The owners were very nice to work with and didn’t have crazy expectations about cleaning and checkout. Overall, we had a great week and would recommend to anyone wanting to book a last minute, oceanfront, affordable place to stay.

Run down!!

Our condo was totally run down! Hotel was not clean! It was our first and last time for this hotel! Wouldn’t recommend condo 227 to anyone!!

Unit updates

This property is in need of some serious updates and cleaning. Kitchen cabinets are in poor condition. Baths are in need of repair and updating. Hvac vents dirty and rusted. No ventilation in second bedroom. Balcony doors are very hard to open and close.

Great View!

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach. It's a great area (North Myrtle), close to a lot of different things. We wanted to stay away from the busier side of Myrtle Beach. This was more family friendly which we liked. This condo is all about the location. Just a step away from the beach and excellent views of the beach. It is outdated, which we knew going there because of other reviews. And that was fine. But this condo needs improvement, repairs etc. In my opinion, it has not been well maintained. It was clean so that was good. Communication with Jeff was good upon arrival etc. We were only able to get to the pool once because it was crowded due to July 4th. It's a small pool and area. I do suggest a rental car since this condo is further away from some of the tourist stuff. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing View!

The balcony view, and resort amenities definitely selling points to this property The place was very clean but a little outdated, as Jeff made us aware of prior to confirming our booking. We booked on very short notice, he was quickly in contact with us, walked us through the entire process of retrieving our key for the room and parking. Up until the point we walked in the condo, Jeff remained in contact to make sure we had NO issues and was kind enough to make suggestions on local points of interest. His hospitality and friendliness were amazing and appreciated. We will definitely book this or one of his other properties again.

Not a great place!

The condo was dirty, the kitchen is very outdated, some of the cabinets won’t close. The carpet and couch were disgusting. Couldn’t use the patio door in the living room. The patio furniture sits so low, you can’t sit in it and look at the beach. The water in the showers was barely lukewarm.

Beautiful view of the ocean❤️

Very happy with our stay here. It was on the second floor and had an amazing view. Loved the lazy river and pools. Had a great family vacation. Would go back and stay again.

Great property, great view

The owner was very responsive to a few issues with the property upon our arrival. We enjoyed the location and the view very much. Current health situation required some precautions due to number of people in and out of the property as a whole. We did avoid the pools, hour tubs, and lazy river. The beach is huge and clean. It was nice to have two bedrooms and two baths for our family.

A million dollar view

This property worked great for our needs. The large balcony facing the ocean was wonderful since it sprinkled a lot. Being right on the beach was priceless! A few lights were burned out but everything else was sufficiently comfortable. The outdoor amd indoor pools were good alternatives to the beach and it didmt seem as crowded on North Myrtle as closer to downtown. Owner was super responsive. Would definitely here again.
