Spacious renovated condo across from Resort base area

Angel Fire Chalet #8 is a spacious upper-level condo that sleeps six and is one block from the Chile Express chairlift. A cozy, light-filled eyrie, this three-bedroom, three-bath condo is perfect for a family or group wanting to be close to the base area.
Once inside, you are greeted by the open plan living area. The living room has a large sofa that seats four and a flat-screen TV with Amazon Fire TV. The kitchen has full-size appliances, including a dishwasher. The dining area seats six, and there are three stools at the counter bar. Step out onto the deck overlooking the Resort base area to enjoy sunshine any time of the day.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a private deck, and an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The second bath has a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, the loft opens to the living area with a twin bunk bed and a TV and DVD player. With a full bathroom in the loft, this is a perfect hangout spot.
Wi-Fi is provided. There is a stacked washer and dryer. Pack and plays and high chairs are available on request for an additional fee, as available.
There is a flight of exterior stairs to access the entrance to this condo.
NON-PET FRIENDLY.
This is one of six units represented by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals in the Angel Fire Chalet condo complex. All are within walking distance of one another and the ski area.

SLEEPING: Bedroom 1: King bed. Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Loft: Twin bunk bed.
KITCHEN: Dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, electric range, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, glassware, flatware, crock pot, drip coffeemaker, Keurig coffeemaker.
INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen TV, DVD player. Wall heaters.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: Angel Fire Chalet #8 is walking distance from the Chile Express chair lift. It is 2.5 miles (9 minutes driving) from the Country Club.
PARKING: One unassigned parking space is available.
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.
The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use.

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
