The hostess phenomenal. I accidentally locked myself out of the house. When I informed Jinet, she was apologic, for my mistake, and resolved the issue. I was back in the property in less than 15 minutes. Perfect space for a quick quiet getaway. I would stay here again

The host was very kind and easy to reach out, she brougt out a dog bed and some baby furniture for us. However the property is worse shape than what the pictures show. Cabinets in the kitchen are broken. Water filter in the fridge seems expired. The property is fenced but the gate is falling down and is impossible to close. Even when we tried, someone kept opening it. Not secure at all to let the dog in the yard. We saw someone using the yard with another dog during our stay a couple of times which makes it a bit uncomfortable, and found dog poop when we arrived (not from our dog, we picked up every time) in the yard. No napkins or paper towels to be found anywhere although the host thought there were some in the kitchen (there were none). No trash bags in any trash can, so cans were messy to begin with. Gross taking the trash out of them at checkout. There were some people having a loud argument on our first night downstairs I believe. You park in the driveway which was good but very tight if you are driving a bigger car. Only the bedrooms have window a/c units, the rest of the house feels warm in the summer. The area is sketchy and saw someone with no home sleeping at the gas station around the corner. The yard backs to a cemetery (that's on me because I missed that when I made the reservation) but if you are not aware feels odd. All in all felt like the place was listed while someone is living there just to make some bucks. We did not enjoy the experience.

Thank you for your feedback, even though we respectfully disagree with several of the statements made and wish these concerns had been communicated during your stay rather than after departure.
We pride ourselves on being responsive hosts and would have gladly addressed any questions regarding supplies, property operations, or accommodations had we been given the opportunity. Many of the items mentioned, including trash bags, paper products, house information, and property guidelines, are provided and referenced in the house manual and welcome materials.
The property is a legally permitted two-family home, and the individual observed on the property is part of the maintenance team responsible for exterior upkeep and guest support, as disclosed in our listing. Likewise, we have never received reports of individuals sleeping at the nearby gas station and cannot verify that claim.
While we cannot control the actions of previous pet owners in the designated pet relief area, we make every effort to maintain the yard and exterior spaces. The driveway comfortably accommodates standard and larger commercial vehicles and has served many guests without issue.
We genuinely wish you had reached out during your stay so that we could have clarified concerns, answered questions, and ensured a more enjoyable experience. In fact, many guests have called, FaceTimed, and complimented our communication, cleanliness, and hospitality in their reviews.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to provide the best possible experience for future guests. We have noted your comment regarding the gate and thank you for bringing it to our attention.

The house was nice. It could have used a dusting and a vacuum. There was alot of golden dog hair in the corners and under the furniture. The neighborhood was quiet. If you bring pets, be aware that the yard is not fully fenced. The beds were okay and the host had alot of toiletries
