Just a short 10-minute drive from the pristine shores of Manasota Key beaches, this immaculate property offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience in a desirable golf community.

Entire neighborhood is surrounded by a canal system that extends into the gulf. Several local fishing piers, bait shops, and guide services. World class tarpon fishing in the Charlotte Harbor, in season March- July. Plenty of boat ramps if you have a kayak or boat.

The recent renovations, completed in 2022, extend to essential systems, with a new roof and HVAC unit installed in 2025. New water heater installed in 2025. New living room furniture 2025. The outdoor living space is a true oasis, boasting a newly resurfaced pool (2024) enclosed by a brand-new pool cage, ensuring endless enjoyment. The lanai floor has also been completely redone, creating a fresh and inviting space to relax and entertain. Mature, lush landscaping surrounds the pool area, providing a private sanctuary where you can soak up the Florida sunshine in peace. Pool is kept at 86 degrees, can be turned up as high as 91 for an additional $50.00 per stay.

Perfect get-a-way! House is beautiful, well decorated both interior and exterior. Extremely clean. Perfect location close to beaches, restaurants and endless fishing spots. The Rotonda neighborhood is very unique and peacefully quiet. The hosts are awesome. Very accommodating and welcoming. We watched the sunrise in the heated pool in the back yard, and watched the sunset on the beach 10 minutes away. Perfect blend of relaxing and adventure. Will definitely be back!

I needed to assure my wife that renting a home for one month was the correct thing to do. Our choice satisfied our decision. The 3 bedroom home with heated pool was more than what I expected . My love of cooking was made very easy with the fully equipped kitchen. Going to church, shopping and eating at local restaurants were easily accessible. I hit a home run.
