The property was great. House was extremely clean and furnishings were new and tasteful. Great location. Host was very helpful answering all my questions rapidly. Check in and out was so easy. Would definitely rent this property again.

Everything about this property is exceptional. The property manager was friendly, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. I rent VRBO properties often and this was the best management company I've had the pleasure of doing business with. The home and property was immaculately clean. It was beautifully and comfortably furnished. Many properties claim to have enough beds for large numbers of people but lack enough dining and living furniture for big groups. This home has abundant dining and living furniture--plenty to accommodate our large group which was great. The beds were also very comfortable. This spacious home is one of the nicest, most beautiful we've ever seen. I highly recommend this property.

Regarding cancellations: Casago serves as merchant of record for all VRBO transactions. As such should you need to cancel your reservation and a refund is due to you, your refund will be processed within 24hrs of requesting cancellation and a 5% cancellation charge will be assessed even if you are within the 100% refund period. This 5% fee will be deducted from the amount due back to you when we process your refund. This is because credit card processing fees are non refundable, even to Casago.
