The detached villa is furnished in a rustic, luxury and typical country style. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture and Hollywood swing.

Bribir. The villa is located on a enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Main and side house Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property.
