AGE REQUIREMENTS The primary booking guest must be at least 21 years of age for an apartment and age 25 for a single family house. The primary booking guest is required to be present for the duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules. Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled prior to check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to be misrepresented. This policy is in place for safety, insurance, and property protection purposes and is applied consistently to all guests.

We really enjoyed this property. It met all n our needs for our military family. It is near the base, near the zoo, and downtown attractions. Well kept historic house, clean and spacious. Our host was excellent and responded to all our questions and provided quick guidance that we needed.
