Perched on the 12th floor, this oceanfront one-bedroom, two-bath condo offers a front-row seat to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of Orange Beach. An ideal setting for a relaxing coastal escape. Located in the heart of Orange Beach, you will be centrally located, close to restaurants and shops! The views of this unit are beautiful, offering views of the beach and the bay!

The condo accommodates up to 8 guests (6 adults, 2 children) with 2 bathrooms, making it ideal for families or small groups. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Built-in hallway bunk beds provide a fun and practical sleeping space for children. The living room area includes a queen sleeper sofa and a queen pull-out cabinet bed.

The boardwalk is a private and gated boardwalk, complete with showers. The pool heaters are turned on from November 1 to March 31.
