Farm grain bin that has been converted into a rustic and unique tiny home. Located just off of I44 on Historic Old Route 66 in Phillipsburg. Located on the same exit as Redmon’s Candy Factory and Gift Store. Only 11 miles to Bennett Springs State Park and 13 miles to Lebanon.

One bedroom and bathroom with shower, tv, apartment size fridge, microwave and coffee pot. Great WiFi.

No pets, smoking, or vaping allowed

This Grain Bin converted into a Super Cute and Unique rental is located on old route 66, right next to the interstate. With the fan going upstairs pointed at wall you don't notice the noise while in the lower level. Upstairs a constant soothing sound machine is recommendedI also recommend slippers while on the repurposed wood floors upstairs and shoes with traction for the stairs. I do recommend stopping for the night while traveling through the area to experience this super cute rental but don't forget the sound machine and proper footwear.
