When traveling in the area, bypass the hotels and check this place out. You will be impressed with the property and the price paid for the unique experience. Excellent Host, Safe and Friendly Neighborhood.
Very clean and decorated to fit the style of the home very well. Brandy was helpful and communicated well. The only downfall was there was no cookstove. Now, the listing didn't say there was, so that part is my own oversight. This is just for information for the next guests. There is a microwave and a coffee pot inside and there is a grill outside. When I asked Brandy about a stove, she was quick to offer and bring an electric skillet. All in all, it was a great stay.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Its very cute and unique and close to most things. It was easy to find and check in was easy. The host was very responsive to questions. It was clean and comfortable.
This was a great stay – unique, clean, comfortable and worth every penny. Our host had great suggestions for nearby fun and answered questions quickly. We'll recommend to our friends and family.
What a unique place to stay!! Creatively decorated, keeping with the Route 66 and agricultural theme. The Grain Bin met and exceeded all expectations!! Biggest concern, during a heatwave, in a metal building was, will it be comfortable or will we cook in it? The a/c combined with a faupstairs made the Bin a nice, cool, shas3:, escape from the heat and humidity. Nicely decorated and creatively furnished the Grain Bin was a fun and unique experience. Loved the curtains upstairs especially!! Hostess was great communicating which Bin (of two) was ours. Good communication when trip was delayed by one day. Very responsive to questions. Thanks for a wonderful experience Brittany!!! Definitely would stay again. Only downside was the close proximity to I-44 and the road noise. Though at times it could lull you to sleep. Other than that it was a perfect stay!! ;-)
This Grain Bin converted into a Super Cute and Unique rental is located on old route 66, right next to the interstate. With the fan going upstairs pointed at wall you don't notice the noise while in the lower level. Upstairs a constant soothing sound machine is recommendedI also recommend slippers while on the repurposed wood floors upstairs and shoes with traction for the stairs. I do recommend stopping for the night while traveling through the area to experience this super cute rental but don't forget the sound machine and proper footwear.
We stayed here during a road trip down Route 66 and this was such a unique, fun place to stay! It was super clean and decorated in the most adorable way. I hope to stay here again someday!
