The Views is located along a major artery: Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), giving you relatively easy access to many parts of Dubai.

It’s close to several business and leisure hubs — for example Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and other nearby districts, making commuting convenient if you work in those areas.

At the same time, because the community is built around waterways, greenery, and golf-course views — the feel is more peaceful and relaxed compared to central-Dubai bustle.

The neighbourhood is well connected and easy to navigate. The nearest metro station is Dubai Internet City Metro Station, just a short taxi ride or walk combined with a feeder bus. Several RTA bus routes pass through The Views, making it simple to reach the metro or nearby areas. Taxis and ride-hailing apps are readily available at all times.

If you’re driving, the community has direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), making travel across Dubai quick and convenient. Parking in the building is straightforward, and visitor parking is available in designated areas. The area is also pleasant for walking, with shaded paths and lakeside walkways for nearby errands or casual strolls.
