Gulf Palms is a small 14 unit complex that has a very laidback and homey feel. It sleeps 4 comfortably. It’s one bedroom with two full baths. It also has a full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer and a sleeper sofa. You have a dedicated parking space that is only steps away from your door. There is also a gated pool with a gazebo and rinse-off station.
The beaches are BEAUTIFUL and there are no high-rise condos in the immediate vicinity. It’s just minutes away from lots of restaurants and fun stuff for the kids. You can go on a dolphin cruise, enjoy the beautiful scenery at St. Andrews Park, go on guided deep sea fishing excursions or
stop by Shell Island. You won’t be bored..unless that’s what you’re after!
It’s such a sweet little slice of paradise!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Lock the doors
Gather the towels and please start a load of towels on HOT before leaving. Use a provided pod and a scoop of Oxiclean.
Please be sure to leave the parking pass and pool key on the hooks in the kitchen.
Turn off the ice maker in the freezer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
PLEASE DO NOT SIT ON FURNITURE WHEN WEARING SUNSCREEN OR SUNTAN LOTION.
Please wash sand off with hose before entering condo. The rinse off station is inside the pool area.
DO NOT take condo linens to the beach. There are some beach towels available if you forgot your own.

My husband and I are from Tennessee and absolutely fell in love with this little spot the first time we laid eyes on it! We love hosting and the ability to and give folks a new favorite place to getaway!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. There are no high rise buildings near this part of the beach and so the crowds are much smaller!

What makes this property unique

You don’t have to worry about waiting for an elevator, crossing a busy street or toting your beach accessories a long way. Our beach access is about 60 steps from your door!
