Casa Amistad - Modern terraced house with sea views and communal pool

Modern terraced house with sea views and communal pool Casa Amistad is a built terraced house which offers all the comforts of a modern home and stunning views across the surrounding countryside and towards the Atlantic Ocean. The light and friendly lounge-dining area is open plan to the kitchen and forms the heart of the house. It has a large flat screen tv, Internet access and air conditioning (hot and cold) and can be kept at a pleasant temperature all year round. The terrace is accessed from both the kitchen and the lounge. It is equipped with comfortable furniture. On the ground floor there is also a small shower room. On the first floor we have the master bedroom with double bed, a full bathroom en suite and a small balcony. The second bedroom with two single beds is also located on the first floor. It shares a shower room with the third bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The best spot to enjoy the warm summer evenings or spend the day in the slightly cooler seasons is the large roof terrace with fantastic panoramic views. It is equipped with comfortable sofas, sun beds and a sunshade. The communal pool with lawn area and palm trees is just in front of the house (pool is open all year round).

Gepflegtes und grosszuegiges Reihenhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Immer ansprechbares Vermietungsmanagement. Durch die erhoehte Lage der Siedlung gute klimatische Verhaeltnisse im Haus mit Benutzung der Klimaanlage nur an sehr heissen Tagen erforderlich. Gemeinschaftspool 2 min entfernt, mit schattenspendem Gruen. Einkausmoeglichkeiten in fusslaeufiger Entfernung. Stadtstrand und Strand Richtung Palmar kann fusslaeufig erreicht werden (20-30 min), Fahrradnutzung zu empfehlen, vorallem in der spanischen Hauptferienzeit. Fazit: Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schönes Haus mit toller Lage und Blick

Wir waren zum ersten Mal für zwei Wochen in der Casa Amistad in Conil zu Gast. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und ist schön eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss findet man eine großzügige Küche mit Waschmaschine und Kühlschrank. Auf der Terrasse steht ein Weber-Grill, der ein bisschen mehr Pflege vertragen könnte. Die Bäder sind zweckmäßig mit WC, Dusche oder Badewanne eingerichtet. Hier wäre es klasse, wenn einmal darüber nachgedacht würde, kleine Ventilatoren in den Abzug einzubauen. Der Highlight ist aber in jedem Fall die Dachterrasse mit Lounge und beeindruckendem Blick. Hier lässt es sich auch bei Wind gut aushalten. Abends lädt die Dachterrasse zum Verweilen ein. In der Anlage befindet sich ein gepflegter Pool, den wir regelmäßig benutzt haben. Bei dem Team des Casa de la Luz möchten wir uns abschließend für die reibungslose Reservierung und der gesamten Organisation unseres Aufenthalts bedanken. Wir werden gerne wieder nach Conil kommen.

Wohlfühlhaus

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in der Casa Amistad in Conil. Das Haus hat das gehalten, was die Bilder versprochen haben. Sehr schönes, sauberes Haus mit einer tollen Ausstattung. Speziell in der Küche vermisst man ja oftmals Besteck, Teller etc. Die Terrasse unten liegt direkt an der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer. Daher sehr praktisch für die Mahlzeiten im Freien. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und das Umland. Im Sommer bei kompletter Belegung der Anlage, würden mich persönlich die direkt nebenan bzw. darüber liegenden Terrassen der "Nachbarn" stören, da es keinen Blickschutz gibt. Das Team von CASA DE LA LUZ kann ich nur weiter empfehlen, da sie im Vorfeld tolle Infos geschickt haben. Den Restaurant Empfehlungen kann man gerne folgen. Vor Ort waren Sie auch direkt da, als uns z. B. das Gas des Grills ausgegangen ist. Daher eine Empfehlung für ein schönes Haus und das Team.

This is a beautiful house in a quiet location on the edge of Conil. It is well equipped and the view from the roof terrace is stunning. Highly recommended.
