Sassy Studio in private & convenient location

Modern studio apartment with private entrance, washer/dryer, medium firm queen mattress, bright desk/table, parking, kitchenette close to Lake Sammamish, Microsoft, shopping, dining and more.

The unit is connected to the house but is not accessible to the main living space. It is a whole private apartment. It is standalone, not a basement. There is no one above or below this space, very quiet.
The space
The space is light and bright with three windows, but all have black out shades for sleeping.

The kitchen has an induction cooktop, microwave/convection oven combo, full fridge/freezer and lots of storage space. All necessary utensils are provided. There is a window above the sink so you can enjoy the garden view when you use the sink!

There is a closet and dresser, shelving unit for all your clothes. The washer/dryer is stackable and in the unit, solely for your use.

There is a dining table with 3 chairs, that can double as a desk. It is near a window with a great view of greenery (grape Arbor and cedar fence). It gets great southern exposure.

The bathroom has a shower stall and is a compact space with all the amenities, great lighting and amazing shower.

This is a compact space at 300 sqft and is most comfortable with one person.
Guest access
There is a keyless entry and 24-hour access to the unit. We will text you the door code the day before your arrival.
Other things to note
The television is 32" and is a Smart TV with Roku so you can stream. Our Netflix and Hulu are logged on or you can use your own streaming service(s).

We do work from home, so we are available to assist you, but we also request consideration in day noise levels since we seem to be on perpetual teams or zoom calls.

We have a nice, shared (with us) patio with string lights, gas fire pit, dining area and a gas grill you can use. Our backyard is lovely, we have apple, pear and plum trees. In the front, we have a really pretty garden, raspberry patch, blueberries and grape arbor that really produces.
