The exclusive and high-quality holiday home is furnished in a casual 'surfer style' (new building 2020). 4 bedrooms, terrace and garden!

The living space of approx. 120 m² in 5 rooms is used optimally. The house can comfortably accommodate 7 guests.
The large living room with open kitchen is on the ground floor. From here you have access to the spacious terrace / garden with garden furniture and loungers. The garden is fenced and offers a safe place for children and / or dogs. The kitchen is fully equipped and the counter also has two cozy bar stools as seating. The cozy sofa corner offers plenty of space for TV or game evenings. Furthermore, the dining area offers space for 7 people. There is also a shower room with toilet and a utility room with a washing machine (free) on this level.
In the 1st Upstairs are three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have comfortable double beds (each 1.80 wide). The smallest bedroom has a single bed (0.80 wide) which can still be pulled out to 1.60 wide. Another bathroom with bath / shower and toilet completes that

entertainment
A large LED TV (65 inches) in the living room awaits you for movie nights together. In two of the four bedrooms you can also watch TV before going to sleep. With free high-speed WiFi access (1000 Mbit !!) you can stream your favorite show in top quality at any time even on vacation.

The holiday home SOUTH COAST is bright and airy and reflects the casual Baltic Sea look. Warm colors and the well thought-out design create a very special feel-good atmosphere.

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit optimaler Ausstattung und Lage. Betreuung durch die Baltic Appartements gut.Leider versagte nach ein paar Tagen der WLAN Internet-Dienst, was möglichrweise am Provider lag. Würden gerne wieder kommen.

Tolle ruhige Lage des Hauses

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen ruhigen Wohngegend Ausstattung, Sauberkeit alles top. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. Zum Strand ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg. Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Tolles Haus für einen Kurzurlaub mit Freunden

Unser Aufenthalt im Norden Coast war sehr schön. Nicht weit vom herrlichen Strand und einen Rewe gibt es in fußläufiger Entfernung. Das Haus war ideal für 7 Personen, überwiegend sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Vermietung war zu jeder Zeit super freundlich und sehr bemüht, Lösungen zu finden (unsere Kaffeemaschine war defekt und wurde schnellstmöglich ausgetauscht.). Wir waren rundum zufrieden :)

Wunderschöne, gemütliche Doppelhaushälfte

Das Haus ist sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt und empfehlen es defintiv weiter. Auf der Terrasse konnte man entspannt dank Sonnenschirm am Tisch seine Mahlzeiten genießen und der komplett eingezäunte Garten gab uns Sicherheit, dass die Kinder geschützt waren. Einziger Kritikpunkt: das Erdgeschoss (hauptsächlich Wohnzimmer und vor allem die Küche) waren leider von Ameisen befallen. Es waren in der Küche auf dem Boden, auf der Arbeitsplatte und unter dem Kühlschrank Ameisenfallen aufgestellt und auch Gift zur Abschreckung vor dem Kühlschrank verteilt worden. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass man darüber bei der Schlüsselvergabe in Kenntnis gesetzt werden würde. Wir verstehen, dass so ein Befall vielleicht nicht mal eben so zu beseitigen ist. Dennoch hätte hierüber gesprochen werden sollen. Leider haben uns die Ameisen die ganze Woche über begleitet, mal mehr mal weniger. Da sowas nur ein temporärer Zustand sein kann, möchte ich hierfür dennoch keinen Stern abziehen. Viele Grüße und danke

Schönes Wochenende mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern

Das Haus macht einen guten Eindruck, leider macht der Nachbar gegenüber sich direkt bemerkbar, auch bei einem Radio in Zimmerlautstärke auf der Terrasse. Für 8 Personen darf die Küchenausstattung gerne ausgelegt sein und auch an der Sauberkeit kann gearbeitet werden. Wenn vorher ein Tier zu Gast war, dann möchte ich die Haare nicht überall sehen und an der Kleidung wiederfinden Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war nett und eine Lösung wurde gefunden.
