White Villa Moliets (8 people, 10m heated pool, 450 meters to the beach)

The 150sqm villa is located in a very quiet but very central part of Moliets et Maa and is only 450m from the beach. You can easily reach any destination in Moliets (golf, tennis, beach, restaurants, shops, etc.) on foot.

Outside accommodation:
The house has a large garden with its own pool and terrace. There you can relax after a long day on one of the loungers by the pool. In the evening you can sit comfortably together and grill in the garden. Should it rain, you can still enjoy your dinner outside at our large garden table thanks to the roofing of the terrace.

Living room:
Our dining table can easily accommodate 8 people. Around the living room table, guests can comfortably find space in the evening on the sofas and chairs.

Bedroom:
The house has 2 floors on which the 4 bedrooms are distributed. On the first floor there are two large double rooms, each with its own bathroom with separate toilet. Both double rooms have 2 standard beds. Furthermore there are 1 bedroom with a double bed on the first floor. This room shares a shower and separate toilet. There would be room for a cot in all 4 rooms. On the ground floor is the fourth bedroom with a standard bed and its own shower and separate toilet.

We work with a cleaning service to keep the villa in great condition for all guests. A one-time fee of € 150 will be charged for final cleaning. Bed linen / towels can be hired for € 13 per person.
