Modern apartment in a quiet location on Lake Tegel

The apartment is located in Alt-Tegel directly on the beautiful Brunowplatz. The area is characterized by a bourgeois district with some shops and many cafes and restaurants. The proximity to the beautiful Tegeler See offers great excursion destinations and local recreation opportunities. The Greenwich Promenade is within walking distance in 5 minutes. There you will find excursion steamers and boat rentals and cafes. Lake Tegel invites you to go for a walk, boating and swimming in the summer months.

Public transport can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes. There are numerous bus connections, as well as subway and S-Bahn connections available.

The apartment was completed in January 2020 and is very clean and modern. It has a double bed and a small couch (pull-out sofa bed). A terrace door leads from the bedroom to the green front garden, which can also be used.

TV, fitted kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and internet (WiFi) are available.

The apartment has its own gas heating with underfloor heating, which can be easily adjusted as required.

The bathroom has a window to the green courtyard and has a modern barrier-free shower, towel radiator.

    Fijne woning op mooie en rustige locatie in Berlijn

    Fijn huisje voor twee personen in Alt-Tegel. Leuke buurt. Erg rustig. Fijne restaurants. Dichtbij de U-Bahn lijn 2 die recht naar het centrum gaat. Tegelersee op loopafstand. Ook prima om langs te fietsen.

    De accommodatie was nieuw en nog niet helemaal af. Daarentegen was de prijs prima. Aansluiting met metro was ook goed. Jammer vond ik de rotzooi van het sushirestaurant buiten.
