On the upper floor there is a large living room, a cozy dining room with connection to the terrace and the garden, a kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and microwave. Furthermore, bathroom, toilet and 2 double bedrooms. 1 bedroom with access to the balcony / terrace. On the lower floor there is a 4-bed room, a 2-bed room and a 3-bed room. All bedrooms have a view of the surrounding mountains. Furthermore, a large bathroom with toilet and a ski room with washing machine and passage to the carport. The house has a large covered terrace with seating and a large garden with children's play house, as well as a carport for 3 cars. Enjoy your time out in our panoramic pine sauna with a view of the Kitzbühel Alps and a cozy relaxation room that leaves nothing to be desired.
Costs on the spot: Including: bed linen, table and kitchen linen, electricity, water, heating, sauna towels & bathrobes for sauna, final cleaning Exclusives: local tax trips less than 13 people, we only allow ourselves to provide the appropriate number of bedrooms. The sauna is included in the price in the winter months. In summer you can book the sauna with pleasure - price on request.
