Nice home in Assens with house sea view

This beautiful vacation home has a beautiful view of the Little Belt. The house is located in a quiet area with the path to the swimming beach right outside the front door. There is underfloor heating and wooden floors throughout the house. From the large kitchen udn the living room you can enjoy sea views.

The house has 3 bedrooms and a nice bathroom with whirlpool. In the outbuilding you will find the washing machine, dryer and an additional freezer.

In front of the house there is an open terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the water. Behind the house is a cozy courtyard that offers privacy. The house makes the perfect setting for a fishing vacation and also for a relaxing beach vacation.

To Assens it is 11 km. There you can shop, eat out or take the ferry to Baagø. The drive between Assens and Faaborg is also a scenic route.

SCHÖNES HAUS

Sehr gepflegtes super sauberes Haus mit tollem Blick.In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht,sehr aufgeräumt und sauber.Es gibt nur positives zu berichten wären da nicht die Problematik mit dem Fernseher,der sich sehr schlecht bzw. nicht bedienen ließ.Der Spülkasten war defekt, was nervt.Der Ofen für das warme Wasser befindet sich in einem kleinen Raum im Carport,den findet man aber nach dem ersten mal kalt duschen.Gern wäre ich auch etwas früher eingecheckt.Sind die aufgezählten Mängel behoben würde ich sofort die 5 Sterne geben.
