Cottage at Oceanside Village Resort - Sandpiper
Welcome to Sandpiper Cottage, located at the Oceanside Village Resort in the popular seaside community of Parksville. This well appointed, 3 bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests & offers access to the resort pool, hot-tub, and fitness room. Bring your paddle boat & kayak & spend the day exploring the nearby beaches & parks that feature miles of sandy shoreline and warm water. Enjoy grilling on BBQ & sharing a meal together on the deck. Gather together and create new memories!
Sandpiper Cottage is available for long term rental during the off season, please contact us for available dates and rates.
The resort amenities are included in your stay; pool, hot-tub, and fitness room. Pool towels are provided and stored in the cottage.
Keep cool in the warmer months: the main level of the cottage features air conditioning and a ceiling fan. A tower fan is stored in the loft.
The open floor plan features 1100 square feet living space. Making the cottage a comfortable space to call home while on vacation or a weekend getaway.
The cottage features modern furniture and decor, with a coastal theme to reflect the sandy beaches, parks, and lush forests close by.
The main level features:
Primary bedroom with a king bed
Second bedroom with a queen bed
Kitchen and dining space
Living room and access to the deck
Bathroom with a soaker bath tub (no shower)
Washer and dryer; complimentary laundry determent is provided.
The upper level of the cottage features a loft space with a queen bed and private ensuite with a glass enclosed shower. Guests are welcome to use the complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided in each bathroom.
The kitchen has standard size appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and dine in. There is a dining table with seating for 6 guests. Additional seating is located at the kitchen island.
The coffee machine is a 12 cup brew with a carafe. Guests are welcome to enjoy the complimentary ground coffee provided.
The living room features a vaulted ceiling, Smart TV, and amble sitting options. Enjoy a fun filled evening sitting around the stone fireplace with family and friends.
The sliding door off the living room leads to the deck that features outdoor seating, dining, and a BBQ. Step onto the deck to BBQ and share a meal with family and friends.

The cottage has a private entrance.
Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.
Guests will recieve a custom door code on the day of arrival.
There is a designated parking spot in front of the cottage that is suitable for 1 vehicles, and another one near the fence. Guest parking is close by. Strata rules prohibit the parking of RVs in front of cottages.
Sandpiper Cottage is managed by Lemon Tree Housekeeping & Vacation Home Property Management.
Guests will correspond with the Host and members from the Guest Services Team through their booking channel messaging system.

Pet Policy:
Pets may be permitted on the premises subject to prior approval and payment of a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Preference will be given to non-shedding breeds and dogs of small to medium size. All pets must be well-behaved, house-trained, and comply with applicable local regulations.
Coffee is provided, guests must bring their own creamer.
Guests are welcome to use the two umbrellas stored in the foyer closet.
Pool towels are provided. Please ensure the towels are returned to the cottage.
No loud music on the deck.
No smoking, vaping, or cannabis use in the cottage, on the deck, or on the property. Smoking and/or vaping is prohibited except in marked designated areas on the resort property.

The host does not have control over their hours, availability, or operating decisions. We recommend checking with the resort directly if certain amenities are a key part of your plans.
Personal Property: Please double check the cottage before check-out to ensure you`ve collected all of your belongings. The host is not responsible for any personal property left behind. If these items are found, we`ll do our best to assist with returning them at the guest`s expense.
