This charming villa located in Palmetto Dunes is just steps from pool and golf course with a short and shaded 7 minute walk to the beach. It has sleeping space for up to 9 people.

We renovated our villa with tile flooring on the main level, beautiful high-end granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms with subway tile and granite countertops.
The living room has a 60” flat-screen TV with streaming and cable services available. The open concept dining area has seating for six, plus two at breakfast bar. You will love the fully-equipped kitchen which has plenty of cabinet and counter space for cooking. Step outside to a comfortable patio beneath the live oak trees with seating for eight and a gas grill. The bedroom on the main level includes a queen bed plus twin bunk beds and a new TV. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed and a new TV . A sliding glass door invites you to the balcony with a great view of the beautiful pool area. Both bedrooms offer en suite bathrooms and tub/shower combination has subway tile. The loft area upstairs has a comfortable sleeper chair with a twin mattress. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room with a queen size sleeper sofa.

We loved this villa for our vacation. It was perfect for our large family with 2.5 bathrooms. Loved the outside table, access to the pool and we grilled a few times. Having a washer and dryer was a must. The location was perfect and the beach access was a short walk and quick bike ride away. We visited the other side of the island and this area is just so much less crowded and quieter. We’d definitely stay here again. Anytime I reached out to the owners they were so responsive and we didn’t have any issues. It was clean and a well equipped kitchen.

The welcome office closed before we arrived leaving us with no welcome packet that included the access code for entry. After a 16 hour drive that was not ideal but the lady who issued the parking pass was extremely helpful and the villa owners were very apologetic and responded back to us directly after a short wait. The house was nice and our kids loved the pool and the location was great. Judy Kelly was great, she responded quickly and that was greatly appreciated.The only complaint we had was the electrical! The light would flicker or shut off when we would cook and couldn’t have the lights on if we were doing laundry we did call maintenance and the guy said there wasn’t anything he could do about it.Other than that we love Hilton head and had a great time on our vacation.

Family Reunion

Nice location for our family to gather. We rented a total of 4 units in Water Oaks Villas. This unit being by the pool was ideal. There is a nice variety of activities on Hilton Head Island. We enjoyed long days at the beach, golf, day trips to Savannah and Beaufort and hanging out at the pool.

Sub-tropical paradise!

This was our first time in Hilton Head and we were blown away by how beautiful the place is. If you love southern charm, live oaks, Spanish moss, and palmetto trees, this is the place! Palmetto Dunes, the resort that this villa is located in is a sub-tropical paradise. It was wonderful riding bikes or walking through the well maintained landscapes. This particular unit was just as described, and we enjoyed our stay immensely. It was a short, pleasant walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.
