Nestled peacefully in the spectacular mountain landscape, the Jochriem family welcomes you to the Obersäuling holiday home at 1,046 m on the Stummerberg. In the spacious holiday home you enjoy enough space for individuality, privacy and exciting mountain adventures!

Coziness and Tyrolean charm

The historic farmhouse has been passed down from generation to generation and has always been renovated with great care and attention to detail. In the historic walls of the over two hundred year old farmhouse, rustic Tyrolean cosiness and modern comfort merge into a unique feeling of living that can only be found in the Alps.

In the modern country house style, the house extends over two floors and offers two triple and two double rooms as well as a room with two single beds for 2 to 12 people. The spacious kitchen on the ground floor invites you to cook together and in the cozy farmhouse parlor, which is equipped with a corner bench and TV, you can spend sociable evenings with friends or family. The two bathrooms and the two separate toilets offer complete comfort. The house is available for your sole use. There is also a ski room with a shoe dryer and a storage room.

Super schönes Ferienhaus mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren von Anfang an begeistert von diesem wunderschönen Haus. Für unsere große Gruppe war es ideal, da es genug Toiletten und Bäder gab. Wir haben den Tag auf der Ski Piste verbracht und abends in der großen Küche zusammen gekocht. Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und hat sogar einen Kuchen für uns gebacken. Der einzige Nachteil, der Bäcker ist nicht in unmittelbarer Nähe, daher besser Tiefkühlbrötchen kaufen und aufbacken zum Frühstück. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder, können das Haus auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Très belles vacances

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans un endroit très calme. Seules les vaches pouvaient nous réveiller... Monika est une femme charmante et disponible. Un gâteau d'anniversaire nous a été offert, un grand merci à elle pour cette charmante attention. Les pistes de ski ne sont pas très éloignées du chalet et les enfants ont pu faire de la luge dans la prairie à côté de l'hébergement pour leur plus grand bonheur. Si toutefois, nous retournerons dans le Zillertal, nous ne manquerons pas de retourner dans le Stummberg.

Wunderschöner Skiurlaub über Weihnachten und Sylvester

Wir sind sehr begeistert von dieser Unterkunft, es ist ein sehr schön restauriertes Bauernhaus und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Urgemütlich ist die sehr schöne Zirbenstube. Leider kann man den Kachelofen nicht betreiben, aber die Sicherheit geht bei diesem 400 Jahre altem Haus vor. Genau so liebevoll sind die Schlafzimmer eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr groß, sodass man viel Platz zum Kochen, Essen und anschließendem Beisammensein hat. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, es hat nichts gefehlt und wenn würde Frau Jochriem es zur Verfügung stellen. Alles war perfekt sauber und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Frau Jochriem hatte uns zu Weihnachten sogar einen Weihnachtsbaum sehr schön geschmückt und uns mit einem Weihnachtsgeschenk überrascht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und bedanken uns für die sehr freundliche Gastlichkeit.
