Two master bedrooms have attached large bathrooms. All the bedrooms are very good in size. One of the bedrooms is on the main level. The 6th bedroom is on the top floor with a workstation table in the hallway. The home is overall very comfortable and bright.

WiFi door lock access is available to gain entry into the home. Initially, the gate needs to be opened from the inside.

Great property! House was exactly as listed, no surprises. Was perfect location for us to host a birthday dinner with friends before seeing a show in downtown KC. Off-street parking in the gated backyard was very convenient. Would definitely recommend!

The property is in historic Hyde Park. Built in 1910, but the total rehab was done from the inside. Everything on the inside is all new. It's a clean, modern home.

Right couple of blocks in between Main and Broadway street. In between the downtown and the plaza. Location, location, location.
