A fully furnished luxury 1-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Dubai besides Burj Khalifa & Dubai Mall. It offers a covered allocated parking space for 1 vehicle, free WIFI, Gym, Pool and a 24HR Guest Relation at your service.
It comes with a size of 74sqm located in Souk Al Bahar that includes 1 bedroom with on suite washroom, a living room with 55inch smart TV, a dining room, guest washroom and a fully equipped closed kitchen. Also, it has outdoor swimming pool, gym and balcony
We have round the clock 24/7 hours Guest Relations Team and they Guest relations officer shall get in touch with you 1 day prior to your arrival to share the check-in instructions and he will be physically available at the location on your arrival time.

Tourists can marvel at the entire city from the observation deck on the 128th floor. In front of the Burj Khalifa sits the Dubai Fountain, a huge, choreographed fountain system, shooting water up to 500 feet in the air accompanied by a range of classical to contemporary world music. Next to the fountain sits the Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping mall, which offers over 1,200 shops and features the Dubai Aquarium, Ice Rink, and the Sega Republic.
