Near the seafront of Otranto is the holiday home Marzia, which boasts a lovely and comfortable balcony. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of a recently built condominium and consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and offers space for 4 people. Facilities also include air conditioning, TV and a washing machine. Outside you will find a nice furnished balcony. Eat together with a glass of wine and finish the evening in the open air under the stars. A supermarket is only 270 m away and, thanks to the central location of the apartment, there are restaurants and bars within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The nearest beach, the Scaloni Beach, is only 200 meters away.



Bed linen are included in the price while towels are available upon request and for an extra fee.
