Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Take out trash and place in the blue trash bin outside

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We kindly ask that you do not enter neighboring properties, including seawalls or docks. Thank you for understanding and respecting our neighbors!

Please note that parking is not permitted in the empty lot across the street.

Garbage pickup is Monday and Thursday mornings. If your stay includes those days, please place trash in the outside bin the night before.

This house was amazing, so relaxing and very close to the springs and Mirada lagoon! It has amazing views of the canal and is set in a very peaceful location. Lisa was great with communication! I would highly recommend this property.

We had a great stay ay this rental. The house was perfect for our group. It had everything we needed for grilling & cooking. The beds were comfy too! The dock was great for the pontoon boat we rented. We will definitely return!Lisa S.

Thank you for a great stay. Everything was clean, and the house looked newly renovated. The bed was comfortable. The yard was excellent, dock was large, had views of canal. Location was great with a good amount of things to do, enjoyed a walk to the gulf which was great - got perfect spring weather.

Beautiful place, very welcoming. My cat loved it too. Everything worked well. However, kurig like coffee pot very slow, so be prepared to wait.

Very pet friendly. Vinyl flooring which doesn't hold dog or cat smell. Our boys loved the window ledges as they were able to keep an eye on the activity in canal. Loved the coffee bar. Very spacious living space and dining space. Decor was beautiful. We only used one room to sleep in and the other for suitcases, etc. and kitty box. Home is quite close to Walmart and other shopping. Very convenient location. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this home. I have already made recommendations to my friends. Great communication with the host.
