Recientemente remodelado, en el río Weeki Wachee con acceso directo a 5 minutos hasta el Golfo de México. No se preocupe por aparcar el 30ft + barco en su propio muelle. Y salir en cualquier marea ,, Este lugar tiene algo para todo el mundo .... Cerrar el acceso a los lugares de pesca ideales, la pesca en aguas del dique, el esnórquel para vieiras, disfrutando de una hermosa puesta de sol o incluso hacer un poco de baile en la terraza enorme. Las instalaciones son para 8 personas, aire acondicionado central, muelle, baño interior / exterior y cubierta. Recientemente remodelado interior con una amplia cocina, sala de estar, dormitorio principal, un segundo dormitorio y un dormitorio privado al aire libre. La propiedad es muy limpio por dentro y por fuera.

El uso de kayaks y bicicletas de pedal están incluidos en el alquiler.

Esta ubicación es perfecta si quieres hacerlo todo o no hacer nada en absoluto .... No espere para reservar, este es un uno de un lugar de vacaciones tipo.

Actividades que se ofrecen en la zona: kayak alrededor de la isla, o kayak por el río 12 millas Weeki Wachee. visualización de Manatee, senderos para bicicletas, alquiler de embarcaciones, tiendas y una amplia selección de restaurantes. Recomendamos la pizza Nazi-Buena comida y siempre vamos por la gran masa de pizza.

Better than expected!

The pictures online did not do this place justice. It was super cute and perfect for our family. We did get to meet and chat with the owners since they were right next door so that was great. The dock was perfect for our boat and easy access to both the gulf and the river. The porch was amazing too.

Relaxing Bday

Our family and pups had a wonderful weekend on the water. We brought our 19.5 bay boat to access the canals and gulf. It was perfect. Our favorite feature was the outdoor area! We hung out there and ate outside every meal. We had a blast and look forward to coming back.🛶 L&L were great hosts

Million dollar view

Larry and Leann are wonderful people to rent your vacation home through. If you have a boat it’s super easy access to the gulf. We enjoyed kayaking up the river and the beautiful sunsets the house offers. The bedroom mattress was very comfortable. We didn’t spend much time inside the trailer, we’re outdoor people so we loved sitting outside in the screened patio. Lots of manatees. Can’t wait to go back, Already planning our return.

Great House!

We absolutely loved this little home on the water. We had everything we needed, LeeAnn and Larry were so hospitable. We loved being able to use the kayaks and paddle board. We docked our boat for the week right at the house! It is very clean and stocked with any items you may need! The master room’s king size bed was very comfortable, which makes all the difference! Hope to be back soon! Thank you!

Peaceful Serenity

We had some setbacks with our trip and the hosts were very responsive and willing to work with us no matter what curveball we threw at them. The outside space of the property is absolutely gorgeous and where we spent most of our time. Looking forward to renting from the owners again!

Great place on the river

My kids love the Weeki Wachee river and they thoroughly enjoyed walking out the back door and getting in their kayaks.

Had a nice with with a amazing view

We had so much fun watching our sons jumping off the deck literally All Day, we even had family come visit for a day and a half. Sunset is absolutely beautiful being right on the water. Owners, next door, are nice, and very communicative.

Bad Hostess

The owner lives right next door what a nightmare! From the minute we showed up Leanne was coming over and complaining. Complaining about previous guests, complaining about our dog, complaining about us leaving a screen door propped open so we could carry in our luggage. She began saying the dog is a pitbull the dog is a pitbull! I told them I had a black lab during our first correspondence. I asked them if it was okay to have this dog and they said yes no problem. They told me what the fees would be and I agreed. I paid everything up front. After arriving Leanne came over and began complaining immediately. She demanded that I give her more money and it had to be cash. I told her I never carry cash I could pay it through VRBO she hollered pay what you owe and stormed away. She came over almost every day demanding money then complaining about one thing or another. I believe people get caught up in the beauty of the nature in the location of this property and give it a good review. It is not what they claimed it is. Newly remodeled? There was literally duct tape holding Plumbing together lawn chairs together and whatever else they didn't want to fix. The tub does not drain, the deck is completely on even and splintery screw sticking up boards warped and boards that feel like you're going to fall through. The inside of the trailer has got a fresh coat of paint but the floor is leaning completely on even and in some places gives way underneath your feet. Bottom line is it's a great location but between the issues with the property and the horrible hostess I think there are plenty of other options in the area that I would have been far more happy with.

Amazing location and comfy accommodations

What a beautiful week in Weeki Wachee! Larry & LeeAnn were super kind & helpful. The inside of the trailer was cozy. The drawers in the bedrooms & bathroom could be better if they were on tracks but there was closet space & hangers. We watched their large array of DVDs while winding down in bed. The water pressure was great but the shower head was a bit too much on sunburned skin, an adjustable speed head would solve that. The couch in the living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day out in the water. The kitchen has anything you could possibly need, coffee with filters, some spices, plenty of dishes & utensils. The house had tons of towels, tp, paper towels, trash bags, just about everything. The back patio is what was really important to us and it exceeded our expectations. The screened in portion was nice for meals & when the noseeum’s got to be too much. Definitely bring all the bug spray, it really works on those sneaky things. The covered picnic table had a great breeze and was the perfect way to stay out of the sun but still enjoy the peaceful neighborhood & canal. We were able to make s’mores in the fire pit & watch the fish jump at night (bring a small spotlight, there’s tons of action right off the dock in the dark). The included kayaks, fishing poles, floats & cornhole boards were put to great use! Kayaking up the Weeki Wachee was beautiful, expect to spend the entire day on the river, we spent about 7.5 hrs & still didn’t see it all. There was a hot dog stand/boat at the perfect point on the water (they close up at 5pm). Honestly the most beautiful river we’ve ever swam in & the manatees were everywhere. We even had a manatee visit the dock every morning while we had our coffee. The jog out to the Gulf was easy on our jet skis & The sunsets were outstanding. We initially put in at Rogers park but found that Bayport boat ramp was easier to access with the jet skis. There are some good restaurants around. Bayport Inn had live music & a fun atmosphere. The birds that hang out on the patio were cool to watch, even saw an alligator. The Breakfast station was our go-to every morning, amazing food. Homosassa had a nice animal preservation park, perfect for a gloomy day. This is probably the longest review I’ve ever written but this rental location was perfect. Thank you so much Larry & LeeAnn! We will definitely be back!

Nice quiet getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice quiet neighborhood , everyone smiles and waves and the river is wonderful. Will definitely book again when the weather gets a little warmer

Dog friendly, and a private retreat

This was a perfect stay for us because since we aren't essential workers (aka our heroes), our obligation to society is to stay isolated and out of the way during this pandemic - and this place fit that bill. We walked into a clean home and all the necessary supplies to stay clean and sanitized were provided (seriously, I totally overpacked but it was all supplied, to include kitchenware and gadgets). We grilled, fished/crabbing and ate our catch, made cakes and even brownies. With the exception of maybe two meals of take-out, we cooked all our meals here and ate in the screened lanai - even when it rained we were enjoying the outdoors protected by the screened in room. The winter gnats are no joke though and if you find out your allergic to them like I am (husband was just fine with no issues), the swelling and healing process is long - but there are strategies like don't step on the grass during dusk, stay covered with clothing. This isn't a bad remark on the property, after all there is a lovely screened in room. The bed was fine for me, and "okay" for my husband. For a long term stay, the drawers are kind of annoying because they don't have tracks. I had to work a few days during our stay and the internet connection supported my needs. You may not get phone service because of your phone provider but just connect to the Wi-fi and you should be fine. During the week days, we used the kayaks provided many times (weekends get busy), and explored the many nearby State parks and preserves. We loved the yard and playing fetch with our fur baby, she loved chasing the small lizards but was never fast enough to get one. We enjoyed people watching as they passed us on the property on boats or kayaks. The neighbors are all so nice, you get a wave by anyone who passes by or when we walked our dog. Overall, it was a five-star stay.

Great stay!

We had a great time fishing, relaxing, watching the sunset. The inside is clean and filled with everyone you need for a great stay. Super easy check in and great communication with owners! We usually stay at local rentals just to get away from every day life and we hope to come back to this location. I will definitely recommend this rental to family and friends! Thank you!

Our property stands out from the rest because we have plenty of parking in our large fenced in yard and we are on the deepest canal on the island and always have a wonderful breeze year around.
